The Quorum Report in Texas is never wrong and they say that Rick Perry is resigning as Secretary of Energy in November after three official trips to Ukraine.

I honestly don’t see Rick Perry protecting anyone or anything except his own butt.

Two things: So we just polled the current customers and staff at the World’s Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc. and it shows that when asked, “Should Donald Trump be dropped buck ass nakkid into Mexico with ‘I steal children’ tattooed on his chest?” the answer was 107% yes. However, since we let Junior Janchek, Jr. do the math, the margin of error is only 4%.

Please meet Congressfool Mark Meadows from North Carolina. He’s a nut job. He’s also chairman of the Freedom Caucus. I do not know which came first – the nut or the caucus. It’s one of those chicken and egg things.

Meadows believes that dinosaurs and Jesus had a relationship.  Yep, he’s a creationist and has been dabbling in real estate where dinosaur bones have been found.

Three years ago, the North Carolina congressman Mark Meadows sold a hundred-and-thirty-four-acre property in Dinosaur, Colorado. The buyer was Answers in Genesis, a Christian nonprofit based in Kentucky, which was founded by the Australian creationist Ken Ham. Answers in Genesis is dedicated to promoting young-Earth creationism, which holds that the Earth was created in six days, several thousand years ago.

The selling price was about $200,000, which does not seem extraordinary. However, Meadows did not claim the extra income on his congressional financial disclosure.  He’s a three term senator. He knows the rules. This wasn’t an accident or ignorance.

Y’all, where would this country, nay this world, be without Geraldo Rivera? There, right there, is a man who seeks out the truth and speaks it.

So, here’s the headline:

“In Nixon’s case, if he had someone that stuck up for him, he wouldn’t have been motivated to cover up that burglary, he would’ve let the perpetrators get their just desserts,” added Mr. Rivera.

So, he’s admitting that the underlying crime is about the same, but that Trump doesn’t have to do a cover-up because – ta da! – he has Sean Hannity and Sean Hannity alone on his side, which, coincidentally, is exactly same reason why Tump is having to do a cover-up.

Here’s the best part:

“Everything you say is absolutely true,” Mr. Rivera responded, “But watching your show and watching your producers work and seeing these packages where you put the lie exactly to what they’re saying — who else is doing that? The nation is being fed this constant stream of propaganda and impeachment. Some of these people have been calling for his impeachment from the microsecond he was elected. This is an absolute all-out war. This is politics by another name. This is warfare directed at the president, and they won’t give him a breath of air. You’ve got to watch his back.”
