SCOOP: Trump told House Republicans he made his now infamous phone call to Ukrainian president at the urging of Energy Secretary Rick Perry — a call Trump claimed he didn’t even want to make.

But even though Trump did not want to make it, it was a “perfect call”.
I love the idea that Trump was bossed around by Perry. First, it goes against the whole claim that Trump is a strong leader and can’t be pushed around like that weak, wimpy Obama. Second, if Trump is gonna say someone forced him to do this … Rick Perry?
Now the fun begins. What is Perry going to say? Maybe a quote from his failed primary run: “Uhh, I forgot what I was going to say”.
