Totally Worth The Trip – Corrected Link

July 31, 2019 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Y’all, you might want to click your way over to the Dallas Observer to see them damage Ted Cruz with videos of … Ted Cruz.

How a man can embarrass himself so much is a mystery to me.

Corrected Link!

UFO? No. Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon? Maybe.

Republican Congressman Mark Walker of North Carolina is on the House Homeland Security Committee and heads the Republican Party on the Intelligence and Counterterrorism Subcommittee, which kinda makes him spooky to begin with.

Now he wants the Navy to fess up about UAPs, which are UFOs with a new name so people won’t giggle when he talks about being abducted and subject of an anal probe.

He says …

“Based on pilot accounts, encounters with these UAPs often involved complex flight patterns and advanced maneuvering, which demand extreme advances in quantum mechanics, nuclear science, electromagnetics, and thermodynamics.”

Now I have to stop here and let you know that Walker is a graduate of Piedmont International University (yeah well, they haven’t heard of you either) and is currently involved in a federal corruption probe.  On top of all that, he thinks that John Ratcliffe is an excellent choice for Director of National Intelligence.

So … excuse me if I kinda think that his knowledge of quantum mechanics and thermodynamics might be limited to operating a shower curtain.

Now, I’m not saying he’s looking to distracting us all by telling us to look at the little green men, but … what the hell, that’s exactly what I’m saying.

You gotta watch these Republicans – they are a tricky bunch of sumbitches.

Who’s Infested Now, Skippy?

Y’all, he had a bug exploring his face and hair during a speech.

Normal people would probably feel that.

You know how how flies always gather around the trash can?

That was Just Awful

I have this sinking feeling that the Dems are really going to blow it.  They’re going to lose to the worst president in US history because the DNC is leading the candidates over a cliff with the idiots at CNN giving an assist by running tonight’s debate like it’s some kind of lightning round for a grand prize of a Hillary 2016 T-shirt.  Holy Jesus, what a shit show.  It was like a pop quiz for some Bible verse memorization contest.  If the DNC thinks this kind of bullshit will engage new voters – well, we’re screwed.  Just screwed.

I tried finding a movie to watch after the flag waving at the beginning, but ran back across it, glued to it by becoming so appalled that, like a car accident on the freeway, I just couldn’t look away.  It was worse than the freeway car accident, like that slow fire that starts under the hood that nobody can extinguish; you KNOW what’s going to happen in the end.  We’re doomed; doomed.  I can only hope that the adults tomorrow night do better, but with the morons moderating playing speed questions, I fear it will be Shit Show 2 of Round Two of the series of Shit Shows.

I have no words.

Another One Bites The Dust

Texas Republican congressfool Mike Conaway, representing the Midland / Odessa area, is joining the Republicans chickening out of re-election.

Conaway sit on the House Intelligence Committee and is credited with halting any investigation of Trump’s relationship to financial dealings with Russia.

His seat is probably the most Republican in Texas.  But the rats jumping the ship can’t be a good thing for Republicans.

Debate: Round Two, Place 1

July 30, 2019 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Okay y’all, we need one of those play-off bracket things for the Democratic debates.  I’m starting to get confused.

Plus, if I’m being asked to give up baseball for two nights in a damn row, there better be some scoring involved.

Please feel free to put your comments here. Let us try to be kind to one another. After all, we do a similar goal.
