Louie Unplugged!
Louie single handedly blocked the Coronavirus bill in Congress.
Gohmert was among 40 Republicans who voted against the bill that overwhelmingly passed the House on Saturday and was endorsed by President Donald Trump. In a statement explaining his vote, the Texas Republican praised how Trump had negotiated the package but said, “This crucial bill was not even given the normal amount of time to debate it on the House floor.”
I wasn’t going to tell you about this until later, but Democrats finally have a serious candidate to run against Gohmert. Go give $5 (or more, depending on how mad you are) to my friend Hank Gilbert. I met Hank about in 2006 when he was campaigning for Agriculture Commissioner in Texas. Hank’s a real cowboy. He’s smart, hard working, and as kind as they come.
Go meet Frank and tell him Thank You for taking on Louie and whipping his butt.

5JJ, you know the definition of real cowboy, right? “You know he’s coming long before you can see him”. And when Fort Worth’s stock yards were in operation, that applied even when he’s downwind of you.
But thanks for the link, and I’ll throw some spondulicks his way (after checking with my wife). BTW, his site seems to be a bit slow. Possible an artifact of gazillions of people working from home – or at least, that’s what they’re claim they’re doing.

11I read earlier this year that Loony had a Dem challenger. Looking through my ActBlue donations I saw that I missed throwing some coinage into that immense hat. I’ve corrected that now. Thanks for the heads up.
12Gonna do my part for the cowboy who hopefully can unseat this wasted piece of protoplasm posing as God’s chosen rep. My son was raised in Tyler and went to school with Gomers kids-now lives in California because he said he wanted to get as far away in the continental US from that mindset as he could. My ex and her husband attend the God fearing Baptist church where he is worshiped as a saint, equal to the God they claim to represent. Poor Louie just has the same virus that the commander in tweet has when it comes to responding to a crisis in a timeley manner. He’d rather deny it, debate it, bury it, forget it just as Cheeto Jesus has done with the virus.
