Y’all, Caryl Fiorina makes my skin crawl.  She creeps me out.

She did it again. She was in New Hampshire answering questions from voters.  A member of the military asked how serious she was about fighting ISIS.

“Finally my degree in medieval history and philosophy has come in handy,” Fiorina said Sunday night, “because what ISIS wants to do is drive us back to the Middle Ages, literally.”

Isn’t that a whole lot like saying that you can see Russia from your front porch?

Pressed to explain how her bachelor’s degree in medieval history will help her in dealing with ISIS, Fiorina listed off a number of brutal techniques that ISIS is using that were common in medieval times and said it is not an exaggeration to say that the group is operating under a mentality based in the Middle Ages.

“Every single one of the techniques that ISIS is using, the crucifixion, the beheadings, the burning alive, those were commonly used techniques in the Middle Ages,” Fiorina told reporters.

Duh, Honey, so your answer to fighting ISIS is the black plague, the printing press, and the Hundred Years War?

Remember when Carly Fiorina fired 20,000 HP employees on short notice, shipped all their jobs overseas, and gave herself a big raise.  To make that whole thing a la mode, she is now running for President on that action.

From this day forward, nobody in this damn beauty salon can tease about the French being sissies or surrender monkeys.

Air France announced 3,000 job cuts and the only thing their CEO and Human Resources Manager are running for is Switzerland.

Several hundred employees stormed the Central Meeting of Air France, grabbed the head of the airline and HR director and shouted ,”A poil, à pool, which is French for “Get them buck naked!”

And they did.

And with the help of security, he finally started over the fence to safety.

The CEO of the company was able to keep his shirt but not his dignity.

Do you think either of those two men can now run for President of France?  Hell, I doubt they will be allowed to order a bottle of wine.

And here’s another part you will find amusing. In some ways their politicians are much like ours.

Prime Minister Manuel Valls, who has backed management over the restructuring drive, said he was “scandalised by this unnacceptable violence”.

He’s owned by management.

Blount County, Tennessee, is upstream from where they pass out intelligence.

Their Board of Commissioners is meeting this evening, and they have a doozy of an agenda.  Check out #7.  (Click the little one to get the big one)

In case there’s any doubt left in your mind about Tennessee, it’s about The Gays.

The Blount County Commissioners (and a dandy lookin’ bunch they are) are asking for buckets of lamb’s blood for their doors so that God won’t murder them. So the end of their resolution says this.

WE adopt this Resolution before God that He pass us by in His Coming Wrath and not destroy our County as He did Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighboring cities. As the Passover Lamb was a means of salvation to the ancient Children of Israel, so we stand upon the safety of the Lamb of God to save us.

WE adopt this Resolution begging His favor in light of the fact that we have been forced to comply and recognize that the State of Tennessee, like so many other God-fearing States, MAY have fallen prey to a lawless judiciary in legalizing what God and the Bible expressly forbids.

Their God is a real jerk.  And I doubt he even reads resolutions.

And one other thing is clear.  They kinda want God to smite those other counties and just save theirs.  I think they made God in their own image. I mean, what’s the likelihood that they both would be jerks?

“Look who’s leaving: all the BLACK people.” Remember Nancy Gordeuk?   As principal, founder, and owner of TNT Academy, she accidentally closed their “graduation” ceremonies last spring without giving the “valedictorian” a chance to give his speech.   Anyone who has been to a graduation ceremony of any sort will recognize the mad dash for the exits the instant it was over. Flustered, she called one black man a “goober,” threatened to have him arrested if he didn’t immediately respond to her commands, and then unleashed her inner Klansman.

Afterwards, she apologized, blaming the devil. Then her son – a rotten apple that didn’t fall far from this twisted tree – took to social media to lambaste all the n-words. Then she retracted her apology, scrubbed her son’s rant, and claimed nothing she said was racist, at all. So the devil was off the hook. Nevertheless, her board acted quickly, firing her. They even sent an e-mail to the NAACP saying they’d done so. The forces of truth and justice – i.e. the Left – celebrated a small, symbolic victory over the devil, however she manifested herself in this case.

Not so fast, there, Justice Leaguers : She Never Left!

It is unclear what the board actually did. Did they announce she was fired, then found out they couldn’t make her leave? Did they fire her, then let her back? Or did they knowingly lie to the world, all along?  Whatever it was, she’s still large and in charge.

Prior to (or shortly after – accounts vary) all this happening, their public school accreditation was either withdrawn from (or denied by) the Southern Association of Schools and Colleges, potentially over charges of grade changing by Gordeuk. The only accreditation they do have – as a non-traditional school – is with the private Georgia Accrediting Commission. GAC never received notification of a change in personnel at TNT. They are not scheduled to review TNT’s accreditation for a couple of years yet, and they are unable to initiate an investigation of a school unless there has been a complaint from a teacher, parent or student.

Why have there been no complaints? Perhaps because Gordeuk sent a note to all parents saying if TNT was unaccredited, none of their kids could get into college. In other words, she lied. Quelle surprise!

TNT in general, and Gordeuk in particular, have been avoiding requests for information, interviews, or simply an explanation, threatening the few reporters who are trying to get to the bottom of this with arrest (a common theme with her, apparently) and otherwise stonewalling behind publicists (and how does a tiny little private school afford publicists?)

The real losers in all this are the students, as they are all over America in the rapacious for-profit education industry. But, so far, the cynical calculation that she could lie her way out of this political firestorm has paid off for this Pinhead of the Pinewood.

What life lesson does that teach these students?

There’s a new watchdog group called Campaign for Accountability that has done some extensive research on Pay to Play in congress.

I know this might be a shock, but congress is for sale.  And here’s the detailed report to prove it.  Nine Republicans and two Democrats took donations from the payday loan industry within days of voting to help them in congress.

Today, Campaign for Accountability (CfA) asked the Office of Congressional Ethics to investigate 11 members of Congress for possible criminal and ethics violations by accepting contributions from the payday lending industry shortly before or after taking official actions in support of the industry.

CfA Executive Director Anne Weismann stated, “It seems payday loans taken out by their constituents helped fund big paydays for members of Congress who used their positions to advocate on behalf of this unscrupulous industry.”

Payday loans are the moneychangers that Sweet Jesus threw out of the temple.  They prey upon the poor and helpless.

Three of the Republicans are from Texas and are the usual suspects:  Randy Neugebauer, Jeb Hensarling, and Pete Sessions.  They also prey upon the poor and helpless.  It’s they mission statement.

You know how Ted Cruz wants to shut down the government over Planned Parenthood in the spending budget?  Well, damn, there is not any Planned Parenthood spending in this budget approval.

But the bill Congress will likely pass — a short-term spending bill that funds the government through Dec. 11 — doesn’t include funding for Planned Parenthood to begin with, said Rep. Tom Cole, R-Okla., on Fox News Sunday Sept. 27. So Congress shouldn’t shut down the government over funding the women’s health organization.

So, Senator Cruz, chewed on that for a while, and used his Harvard education to come up with this doozy.

Those who want to defund Planned Parenthood by leveraging funding for the rest of the government have advocated for including language in the short-term spending bill that zeros out all funding — even if the funding isn’t accounted for in that particular bill.

And why would Cruz want to do that?  Would it have anything to do with polls?

Poor cruz, he wants to make a blow for freedom against thin air.
