Top HHS spokesman Michael Caputo, who proved himself to be a crazy man last weekend, called an emergency staff meeting on this afternoon to apologize for acting like a damn fool on Facebook Live.

On Sunday, Caputo took to Facebook Live to level a series of wild and false accusations that warned of an armed insurrection after the election and asserted without evidence that public health officials were trying to undermine Trump’s reelection bid.

I dunno, telling people that they better start clipping coupons for ammo …“

And when Donald Trump refuses to stand down at the inauguration, the shooting will begin. The drills that you’ve seen are nothing… If you carry guns, buy ammunition, ladies and gentlemen, because it’s going to be hard to get.”

He blamed his behavior on a combination of physical health issues and the toll of fielding death threats against his family. So this bozo thinks he’s the only person getting death threats in America?  Maybe he’d like to be a black father who lost his job and is going to be evicted from his home during a pandemic.  Or maybe just a nurse or a school teacher who face death every damn day.

Or maybe he thinks threatening to shoot people at the inauguration is the nice and polite way of treating your fellow Americans.

This guy doesn’t need to be fired. He needs to be locked up.
