The Latest Alex Jones Deal – More Stuff

June 17, 2019 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Okay, there’s all manner of crazy on the internet machine about Alex Jones and child pornography.

A lawyer in the Connecticut case received some child pornography buried within electronic documents Jones turned over in response to a discovery order.  Right now, it is unknown if the pornography was purposefully or even accidentally put there by Jones or something the people who assembled the discovery materials put there.

Discovery in this case is massive with thousands of emails and documents.

My son is still investigating if he got any in his discovery.

Jones had a frightening conniption fit over it and while Jones’ lawyer was sitting next to him, Jones threatened the Connecticut attorney’s life.

“You’re trying to set me up with child porn, I’ll get your ass,” Jones states on the broadcast. “One million dollars, you little gang members. One million dollars to put your head on a pike.” Jones then pounds a photograph of Mattei and goes into a rant at one point stating, “I’m gonna kill…”

Meanwhile, here is the most gosh-awful interview filled with the most vile language, racist hate and total insanity.

The freak out is 2 hr 34 min – 2 hr 39 min.

The Connecticut lawyer Attorney Christopher Mattei responds to Jones’ outburst by filing this with the court (opens in PDF) today.

And then, oh yeah then, Jones’s lawyer oh holy cow!  Norman Pattis, Jones’ lawyer, asked the court for a stay because of possible conflict of interest between him and his client.  Ya think?

Be sure to watch the vile interview but fast forward to 2 hours and 34 minutes.

Be social and share!

  1. anyone who would be jones’ attorney……….

  2. What the hell is Pattis dragging the Pine Ridge Reservation into this for?!? I grew up in SD where the Pine Ridge is located and I’ve visited friends there several times. Pattis’ comment about his Pine Ridge lawyers who agree with him is largely BS. The people of Pine Ridge are much saner than Pattis and Jones.

    So shut up, a$$hole!

  3. that’s………………..interesting. is it possible Jones, or his legal counsel, is working to try and get him out of this fix, by claiming he’s clinically insane, thus not responsible for any of his actions? I know, this is usually found in criminal, not civil actions, but they have to be considering it.

oooooohhh . . . Jones called Mattei “white shoe boy.”

    Them’s fighting words.

  5. The Surly Professor says:

To me, this is the key item in Mattei’s petition to the court:

“The Jones Defendants produced metadata on May 21. They produced a massive volume of documents, indicating that many were non-responsive, but they said that they did not have time to cull the non-responsive documents.”

This means they thought they could just dump massive amounts of electronic data onto the plaintiffs, with the idea that they would be unable to separate the wheat from the chaff, at least before the relevant court hearing.
AJ’s gang did not go through the material themselves before packing it off.

The odds of the child porn having been put there by AJ (or exchanged by email between him and one or more of his helpers) have just gone from 2:1 to 10:1. No wonder he is freaking out.

And the claim that his opponents hacked his systems and put the CP there is the classic way that non-experts try to cover up. If anyone had done that, they would have then promptly notified the FBI that AJ was exchanging CP via email, rather than wait for the screwup of his lawyers trying to inundate opposing lawyers.

Folks, there are tools to automatically process thousands of emails and create an automatic query system that allows extracting whatever is needed, using the original ideas behind Google’s Page Rank. That may be the “document review database” referenced by the plaintiffs. In any case, the bury-with-bullshit approach is profoundly stupid. I hope AJ’s lawyers in the Texas case are equally dumb, or better yet, the same ones!

[If I was Mattei, at all of the court hearings from now on I’d wear gleaming white tennis shoes. Maybe ostentatiously prop one foot onto the defendent’s table and re-tie the shoelace, so that it’d be right in AJ’s face. Of course, that’s why i could never be a lawyer]

  6. AK Lynne says:

Does white shoe boy have an actual meaning, or was it just some stupid thing Jones sputtered during his rant?

  7. Just read the stuff from the CT attorney. Wow!!!
No wonder Jones is laying fried eggs! As for the sanity thing, thats old news and I mean OLD news. Sanity issues can and do pop up in civil trials. It does not mean that the insane one will simply be let go and turned loose into society. It means some real time under observation and likely medication in a special ward for such patients. Often for a long, long, long time. Some of them are never going see the streets again and AJ would likely be one of them.

  8. El Lagarto says:

AK Lynne, a “white shoe” law firm is one that typically represents the most prosperous individual and corporate clientele, and rarely gets its collective hands (or shoes, I guess) dirty in criminal, small claims, family courts, and other such activities involving common folk. Not sure exactly where the moniker came from. Presumably the bloated rage-hog is trying to insult Mattei by insinuating that he’s… prosperous? I dunno.

  9. This fake outrage is worthy of professional wrestling which Jones will soon be doing to pay off his legal fees.

  10. These two AJ cases are not the only ones championing truth in the courts. This victory is from a Wisconsin judge.

I was once told “white shoe” refers to shoes worn by yachtsmen. Not nurses or waitresses anyway. Tennis players, maybe?
