Stuff and More Stuff

Lets start off on our weekend playtime with South Carolina Republican Nancy Mace who took her butt to the Prayer Breakfast and let it be known what a major sacrifice she was making to be there.

Yeah, she said that:

Said Mace: “When I woke up this morning at 7, I was getting picked up at 7:45. Patrick, my fiancé, tried to pull me by my waist over this morning in bed and I was like, ‘No, baby, we don’t got time for that this morning. I got to get to the prayer breakfast and I got to be on time.’”

We’ll pray for ya, Honey. Ya gotta admit that prayer breakfast stuff works pretty good for that sin of fornicating.

And to add to the inappropriate behavior scorecard …

Rep. Derrick Van Orden (R-WI) “cursed out a group of Senate pages late Wednesday night in the Capitol,” Punchbowl News reports.

“Van Orden, a freshman, was giving a tour for several dozen visitors around midnight when he happened upon Senate pages lying on the floor of the Rotunda, taking photos of the dome.”

“Van Orden cursed out the pages, who are in their last week of service, calling them ‘lazy shits’ and told them to ‘get the f*** up’ off the floor.”

Well, come to find out, there was lotsa alcohol being consumed in Orden’s office prior to the incident.  I’m shocked, just shocked I tell you.

Be social and share!

Golly gee ms Mace, what a trooper…..or something…..not sure what exactly.
And congress critter, Orden, what an A-H. I’m sure your constituents are so proud. Was he going a midnight tour planning for the next insurrection and got caught?

  2. Steve from Beaverton says:

Was he doing a midnight tour…. Damn spell check. I need to read before hitting submit, not after

Oh my Lawd! Was MISS Mace engaged in sex prior to marriage? Pass me some smelling salts and ready her a big sack of hypocrisy coverup. As for cursing, one of my ancestors was jailed in Boston for swearing – 1671. I probably carry that trait a bit.

I thought the Christian Taliban believed that women should submit to their husband’s desires – and bear sole responsibility for any consequences.

  5. BarbinDC says:

Sigh. I don’t know where they find these people; but, I wish they would start looking elsewhere.

  6. Buttermilk Sky says:

Don’t worry, Nancy. “Patrick” will be waiting in the bedside table when you get home. Bring him some fresh batteries.

Van Orden is facing a challenge from fresh- and freckle-faced Rebecca Cooke, daughter of dairy farmers, may she prevail.

  8. Buttermilk Sky, you just gave me a good laugh.

  9. Amen to that @ Barbin DC and bless you for living with all that bad karma all around ya. The DC politicals.

I once had an assistant manager(who was also a part-time preacher) tell me he was tired of hearing me cussing all the time. Then he asked me what my problem was. I replied, “It’s my birthday and I’m so fornicating happy I could just defecate.”
Took him a few seconds to figure that out.

  11. Opinionated Hussy says:

I second (or third) BarbinDc’s motion. Good grief!

And Grandma Ada – I had an ancestor thrown out of Providence, RI for picking peas on Sunday….guess that’s where I get my gardening gene, and maybe some of the rest of my wayward behavior.

As for the ‘gentleman’ from WI….MOST people are lying down at midnight, and pages work a lot harder for no pay than any freaking congressvarmints.

  12. After watching a second time I’m positive she was bragging. It’s probable so rare that anybody, let alone Patrick her fiancé, would want to “pull her over by her waist.”

  13. Oldmoldy says:

Giving a “tour” at midnight! How does that work? Are there no bona fide tour guides in the capitol? That work during business hours.
Sounds a bit to me that the capitol may be used for a lot of personal “business”!

    13
  14. More proof that Republicans really are too stupid to know when to shut up.

    14
  15. Steve from Beaverton says:

OT, but I’m feeling like I need to comment on something. It seems the orange buffoon is having a hissy fit because the smoking gun witness against Hunter and Joe called by the house of vengeance “committee” was a bust. Something I’ve never understood about this whole Biden bribe payment is why. Usually, a bribe is payed to silence someone from talking about something nefarious they’d done, like the trumpf making Michael Cohen pay Stormy Daniels. But this whole Biden affair has them receiving a millions to what, keep silent about something they were supposed to have done? I don’t get it. Anyway, sounds like this is a big nothing shit burger as usual. OK, I satisfied my need to bitch about something. You alls turn.

    15
  16. Steve from Beaverton says:

Good news that Trumpf and his coconspirators indicted on 4 felony charges in DC and will go before a judge the was nominated by Obama.

    16
  17. Captain Dan says:

Keep us updated on that Trump trial!

    Thanks Captain Dan.
