Legal Brief: 50 Electors Seated Illegally
In a blockbuster challenge, Americans Take Action have presented members of Congress with a 1,000 page legal brief that asserts that at least 50 Cheeto Jesus electors were illegally seated, and therefore voted illegally. After reviewing all of the states’ electors these 50 were determined to be illegal because 1) they didn’t live in the district which they represented, and 2) they already held elective office in states that don’t allow electors to hold 2 offices. For example, Florida’s constitution doesn’t allow electors to hold two offices, yet Pam Bondi, the state’s attorney general, also held the office of Elector, which is illegal.
Activists are trying to get Dems to mount a challenge today against congressional ratification of the vote, but I’m not holding my breath. Dems don’t do anything courageous and won’t with its calcified leadership.
Dems do not have balls blue or otherwise.

2It’s ironic, isn’t it, that the people most obsessed with voter fraud would… oh, hell, it’s just expected at this point.

4With the final electoral tally at 306-232, 50 votes would not change the outcome, but it would be so important for voters to see what actually went on with that vote.
5maryelle, I think it would at least throw the outcome into doubt. 306 – 50 = 256 but you need 270 to win.
6maryelle, if the electoral count goes below 270, the election gets kicked to the House. The result would still be a Republican, but not necessarily the Donald. I think this is worth a shot.

9Chloe Bear, Democrats don’t need balls. Prior to this election I would share your pessimism about Democrats stopping Donnie. However, I am seriously optimistic about our lady Senators and a few of the Democratic men. Obviously, not Joe Manchin.
Notably there is Senator Warren and the most recent elected members of Congress. But let’s not forget Senator Patty Murray. The “ovaries” have way more ‘balls’ than little cowards like Tommie traitor Cotton.

11Exactly Rhea, Betty White and her 90+ years would know. The only change I make is anatomic. I never suggest that women “get balls.” They already have -> Ovaries!
12Actually, it doesn’t require any Democratic official to lead this kind of charge. Somebody just has to take it to the proper court. And yes there are some billionaires, D and R, who would really actually do this.
