7@Jane & PKM#2- They are ill-equipped to govern because they have no interest in governing. They’d prefer to rule, if anyone would let them. Because they have no interest they’ve never studied the forms and procedures of governing.
8Jane and PKM: I definitely remember the Marines who died while on Reagan’s watch. One of them was a son of a member of my parish. We all wept – and wondered why the Marines were on low ground whereas it was always their history to be on high ground. Riddle me that! No one has ever answered that question to my satisfaction.
