Hope’s Hicks

December 01, 2019 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Remember Hope Hicks?  You know, the fashion model turned practically presidential chief of staff?

Well, don’t you find that it’s interesting that the Republican National Committee and the Trump campaign have given a million dollars to her lawyers?  Well, I exaggerate, it’s only $981,849.27. Her lawyers are Trout Cacheris & Janis PLLC.

It started as $600,000 last summer, but has shot upward since then.

You know who has got to feel really, really bad about this?  Stormy Daniels.  That girl settled for $130,000.

If you’re wondering if it’s a conflict of interest or unethical for Trump to pay for Hicks’ lawyer when Hicks likely has dirt on Trump, the answer is yeah, probably.

But those aren’t the only lawyers on the Trump/RNC attorney rental fees.

Trump’s personal lawyer, Jay Sekulow:

CONSTITUTIONAL LITIGATION & ADVOCACY GR 119 2ND STREET N.E.  WASHINGTON, DC 20002  10/11/2019                LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE SERVICES         60,000.00

Pence’s personal lawyer:

MCGUIRE WOODS LLP    800 E. CANAL STREET  RICHMOND, Virginia 232193916  10/18/2019           LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE SERVICES 42,123.31

Corey Lewandowski’s lawyers:

MINTZ LEVIN FIRM ACCOUNT     666 THIRD AVENUE  NEW YORK, New York 10017  10/18/2019     LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE SERVICES 128,418.19

I’m sure the RNC thinks the $130,00 it spent to have Lewandowski make the House Judiciary Committee Dems look like chums money well spent.  It appears that the going rate for screwing somebody is around $130,000.

Thanks to Alfredo for the heads up.

  1. I know lawers specialize, but I had no idea there was so much demand for Pimp Attorneys.

  2. I have to push back on the “Dems were taken to the cleaners” on the Lewandowski hearing. First if all, the Repubs were completely out of bounds at the beginning, and Jerry Nadler did a good job in knocking them down. Then, if you listened to just the questions by the Dems, most were fruitful in getting answers or getting Lewey to look like an asshole. The 5 minute back and forth does not lend to getting answers when only one side seeks them. When they got to the last reps, which were all Dems since the Rs were outnumbered on the committee, Lewey was more forthcoming, mostly due to excellent questions. Which was a great setup for the Dems attorney. Then when Doug Collins attempted to take the Rs 30 minute staff questioning time for himself, Nadler completely shut him down and the Rs forfeited that time. JMHO.

Come to Nevada where being screwed comes with a happy ending at a far more reasonable price tag, and it’s legal.

Hannah@2, exactly. For being babysat by a high $$$ attorney, LewdandLowskey Corey looked more than a little st00pid.

Rick@1, that’s the Red Tie Brigade. Costs more to avoid having Donnie self flush his neckwear thus self strangulating. Until someone teaches IQ4.5 how to tie his tie, the demand will exceed the benefits of a good flush.

  5. Whenever I see Hope Hick’s name, I think of how she used to kneel in front of him and steam out the trouser crotch wrinkles, while he was in them. EWEEEEE

  6. Do Hope Hicks, et al have to pay income tax on payments to lawyers on their behalf?

  7. Outside of being as questionable as the cigarettes Hunter Biden “bummed off of strangers”^, is this illegal?

Or is this the latest in the round of duelling bad smells…
