You know how when sometimes when you travel you wake up in the morning in a hotel room and wonder for a couple of seconds where you are and where’s your stuff and what’s that thing over in the corner?  I feel that way all the time now.

There are people out there really confusing me.  Where the hell is their hotel room if they think anybody is sabotaging Donald Trump except Donald Trump?

A senior official in the Trump administration, who previously worked on the president’s campaign, offered a candid and brief assessment of the fallout from that string of bad press: “I don’t see how Trump isn’t completely f***ed.”

The other Republicans in the Senate were pleading with Cornyn about it because they knew that Governor Greg Abbott would appoint Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick to the senate seat just to get him the hell out of Texas.

Dan Patrick makes Ted Cruz look sane and kind.

And Donald Trump look self aware.

And Justice Scalia look liberal.

Y’all, we really dodged the bullet on that one.

They have taken to quoting our Chairman.

Something is making the Trump White House careless and crazy and all I can figure is that all that winning is going to their heads.

The Washington Post has a story this morning that Trump’s personal bodyguard put the Secretary of Defense’s private cell phone number on a yellow sticky note and and displayed it for all the world to see.

The bodyguard was holding a stack of papers, and, according to the caller, on the outside of those papers was a yellow sticky note that said “Jim, Mad Dog, Mattis” and had a phone number.

A Post photographer took a picture of it and the Post unwittingly published the picture along with a story about the bodyguard.  Sure ‘nuf, somebody noticed it.

Y’all, we cannot allow this man to leave the country.  We just can’t.

Last night national security adviser H.R. McMaster came out in front of the White House and used tortured language to strongly deny that Trump did something that no one suggested he did do.  It was weird.  I’m talking M. Night Shyamalan weird.

Then reports said that there was a mess of yelling and hollering inside the White House.

Then Trump goes to Twitter and admits the whole damn thing this morning, proving once again that he wakes up in a ew world every day.

So the fact that he revealed highly classified information to an adversary and then tried to deny that he did is not important.  What is important is that we have to catch the person who leaked his scary crap to the rest of the intelligence community and the public.  Yeah, right – Deep Throat was the villain and Nixon was the hero.
