Cold As A Witch’s Ta-Tas In A Brass Bra

January 28, 2019 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

While the low in my neck of the woods this week is a frisky 38 degrees, I fully understand that everybody isn’t that blessed.

My good thoughts are with you and if you wanna talk about it before your toes turn blue please feel free to.

God bless ya.

P.S. – it would be nice if you would give us a general idea of where you are.  You know, your state, general area or landmark you can get to in a day.

Why I Believe In Time Travel and Crystal Balls

In 1958, when Donald Trump was only 16 years old, somebody somewhere foresaw his future and tried to warn us. It’s worth a watch.

Honey, Nostradamus ain’t got nothing on mid century black and white westerns.

Too bad we don’t get to see the ending.

Thanks to Mary in San Antonio for the heads up.

Delusionally Dumb

One of our customers, Scott, sent Ted Cruz a message about his vote on the shutdown – Scott didn’t like it.

Scott’s letter apparently pissed Ted Cruz off so badly that Ted put Scott on the receiving end of a publication so putrid, so hateful, so painful, and so immoral that it could only be named Cruz News.

This is taken directly from Cruz News.

I am glad the Schumer shutdown is over. I am glad federal workers will finally be paid. For weeks, Democrats held their paychecks hostage.

Schumer Shutdown!  That’s a crock o’ crap.

As we honored the life of Rev. King, it is fitting that at our great state’s capitol, Texans from every background gathered together for the 2019 Texas School Choice Week rally. I was proud to participate and will continue fighting for school choice.

Oh yeah, the second step to killing free public education is exactly what Dr. King stood for.

And …

The media will obsess over the short-term political fight. But what matters is enacting real solutions to the real problems of this country.

Oh yeah, like the short term political fight over Russians owning our government is certainly not something we should care about.

Sorry, Scott, I suspect that you could unsubscribe but then he’ll probably send a chorus of snakes, cockroaches, and Young Republicans over to your house to sing his newsletter to you.

Just for the record: Crazy Cruz voted for a clean CR without a wall in December, voted against the same bill on Thursday and then voted for it yesterday. So that is a flip-flop-flip for those keeping score at home.

Thanks to Scott and Deb T for the heads up.

TRUMP CAVES (AGAIN)

January 25, 2019 By: El Jefe Category: Shutdown, Trump

Remember that back in June, Trump caved on his cruel and illegal policy of separating children from their parents on the border.  Even though many kids remain separated , the stated strategy of tearing families apart was reversed.  Well, just now, Trump caved again, agreeing to a short term continuing resolution to reopen the government, and it doesn’t include money for his idiotic wall.  What changed?  Public opinion really did start turning as television reports of weeping federal employees hit the air waves.  Then Christopher Wray, director of the FBI, spoke out to all of his employees about how angry he is over the shutdown; the commandant of the Coast Guard spoke out publicly in opposition, and then, the FAA ordered a ground stop this morning at La Guardia airport in New York citing a shortage of controllers to safely move aircraft through our airspace.  Apparently, this was the straw that broke the camel’s back, and the tsunami of opposition to his shutdown FINALLY got through the orange ferret sitting on his head.  And he caved.

Trump is now right back to where he was two weeks before Christmas except that millions of Americans have been injured from his folly and his poll numbers are lower if that was even possible.  Oh, and he lied about how so many federal employees wanted him to keep going on the shutdown which is outrageous.  His “deal” to reopen government is only for 3 weeks.  We’ll see what the Dems do.

The funny thing? Trump did get his wall, and her name is Nancy Pelosi.

FAA Orders a Ground Stop in New York Due to Shortage of Controllers

January 25, 2019 By: El Jefe Category: Shutdown, Trump

It’s starting to happen.  The air traffic control system is breaking down because of Trump’s shutdown for nothing.  LaGuardia was ground stopped completely due to shortage of controllers, and Newark, JFK, and Philadelphia are experiencing significant delays.

I predict the government shutdown will be over this weekend, a huge loss for Trump and his supporters.

Watch The Whole Damn Thing

My friends – it is well worth your time to watch the whole thing.  Senator Michael Bennet shook the walls.

Give yourself a gift and listen to it all.

It will move your soul.
