Your Daily Louie

July 28, 2013 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

It is not true that all Texas Republicans are terrible racists and homophobes – some of them are pretty good at it.

Louie says that the Voter’s Rights Act is punishment against states that didn’t vote for President Obama.

Louie says that Texas “has cleaned up its act” and there is no more racial discrimination in Texas.  No sireee, not Texas.  All the racial discrimination is in Massachusetts.

Then just for fun he starts talking about Benghazi and claiming that there needs to be more investigation because of rumors.   Well, Honey, if we’re going to play that game, there’s a few Louie Gohmert rumors going around and I’ll be glad to tell them all.

I swear this man gets up every morning and swigs a big cup of goofy.

Thanks to Shirley for the heads up and John for the graphic.

  1. JJ, reading your posts would be worth it even if they were all about Louie! What a tool!

  2. Funny how President Obama is now responsible for things that happened many, many years before he became President. Or, in some cases, before he was born.

  3. Somewhere in Louie’s head resides a dipstick to check the alcohol content! This guy is so pickled he should look like a gherkin!

  5. Salon magazine had this to say about loosie

He’s a racist moron whom a civilized nation would consider institutionalizing for his and our safety. But in God’s favorite country that He has ever created, ever, men like Gohmert are elected to Congress, over and over again.

A.G. Holder is trying to get a federal court to delay VRA changes for 10 years. The same article mentioned Tom Delay being convicted in 2005 and he is still out of prison on appeals. Aren’t rethuglicans the party that want to limit death row appeals to one,to speed up justice? Texas is full of sick puppy nutjob pols.

This morning the lesson was about loving our enemies. All of us said, “Do we HAFTA?”

Our gospel was about Sodom and Gomorrha.
Not one decent person could be found in order to save them from God’s wrath. Sounds like the RNC.

Megamind is better looking and BLUE.

  10. Remember when Crazy Louie warned us about the so-called “Terror-Babies”, the insidious plot by terror organizations to infiltrate the US with pregnant woman? There’s something not quite right about that man.

This graphic is an insult to Megamind.

  12. When Gen. Sheridan said. “If I owned Texas and Hell, I would rent Texas and live in Hell”, people thought he was talking about the climate. Turns out he was talking about the GOP politicians.

  13. The Texas GOP must be looking wistfully at North Carolina’s GOP which controls both houses & the gov’s mansion with a supermajority. The NC/GOP did exactly as they said they would – rammed a breathtakingly conservative agenda through this last session, which the GOP Gov. signed into law. Well, I expect Texas Republicans are NC wannabes, as are Georgia Republicans.

  14. Ah, Maggie! That reminds me of my favorite dialog from the movie Blue Thunder (well worth the viewing if you like Roy Scheider and Roddy McDowell). Of Scheider’s character, one person says to Scheider’s boss, “He checks his sanity with a stopwatch!” The best comeback ever, from the boss, was, “What do you check yours with? A dipstick?

  15. Sunday School was about Abraham trusting and obeying God when told to take Isaac up to sacrifice. It was pointed out that he bargained God down on the number of righteous men needed to be found to save S&G, but there is no indication he did it when it came to his only son.

Sermon was on the Luke version of the disciples asking Jesus to teach them to pray (it’s a different version than most of us use).

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve been praying a lot for the scales to fall from the eyes of these folks and that they learn to play nicely with others in the sandbox. A little respect and compromise would go so far!

  16. JJ, I was thinking that Louie is your problem in Texas. But, this dude votes on issues that affect all the states. He’s a total psychopath.

  17. Katie Johnsonius says:

Whatever state we live in, it’s up to us to get dangerous psychopaths out of office. Does Louie-Louie have a Dem who is qualified and willing to run against him? If so, everyone everywhere in the US should send that person a wee bit of money to help defeat him!
