YES!

February 09, 2017 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

I don’t even know the score yet, With a unanimous decision, but the federal court ruled against Trump.

Bubba says you better go hug a damn lawyer.

Yeah, Trump must  be tired of winning, that’s it.

And, Republican Jason Chaffetz is referring Kellyanne Conway to the House Oversight Committee for an ethics investigation.

  1. Proud to be living in Washington, and happy our governmental balance has not yet been destroyed.

Great way to end the day the ban stays in effect. And, Holy Cow I thought you were kidding but here it is:

Cummings and Chaffetz are going to work together. You can knock me over with a feather.

Yes, folks. Your precious tax dollars at work.

  4. I love when Trump is told “No!”. May it continue for the length of his godawful presidency. Looks like Judge Robards done started something. And the appeals court saw the light. May the Force be with them. “Judges, use the Force.”

Now Drumpf has his racist AG to right these wrongs and throw these justices into the Rio Grande for a short trip to torture land.

Drumpf will be chortling that the 9th circuit is the most overturned circuit because it is all liberals and he will just go ahead and ignore them because he told Jason Chafedbuttz not to do oversight on the WH.

  7. “Donald Trump’s presidency is so unethical, Americans have crashed the website and shut down the phone lines of the Office of Government Ethics.”

Any bets on when the Office of Government Ethics is shut down?

And assuming Reuters is a reliable source, here’s a jaw-dropping account of Trump’s phone call with his bro Putin:

  8. I will happily hug an attorney, assuming it’s my elder son (newly-minted attorney as of last year), who is a good guy, btw. I raised him right, after all.

Rachel Maddow just showed a Jason Chaffetz town hall; he was roundly booed as he took the stage, and then confronted with chants of “Do your job”. Not sure what job, exactly, they want him to do… hoping to read more about that.

I called Chaffetz’ office last month after hearing that he planned to continue investigating Hilllary’s emails. (Nicely) told the young man who answered that Chaffetz should knock it off as it had already been investigated to death and please quit wasting taxpayer money. Somewhat cathartic.

  9. I just hope the court system survives two (possibly four) years of Repub appointees. It isn’t just SCOTUS that’s at risk.

Ted, I’m also happy to be living in Washington and very proud of our AG! Today’s decision, while not a final win, is a win good enough to drive 45 crazy. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy!

  16. Hug a lawyer? OK, but since I’m not the huggy sort, can I express my appreciation by upping our contributions to the ACLU and the groups dedicated to fighting Donnie’s illegal and immoral actions?

Ironic. The rabid right is floating the untrue meme that the 9th circuit is the most overturned. Of course they fail to mention the Roberts Court was a 5-4 split of theocratic and Constitution bending prigs on the wrong side of history. Nor do they mention that the 6th circuit is actually the most overturned which is incredible considering the make-up of the USSC. Even the Roberts Court found them deplorable, riiiiiiight Gov Ksuchasheis?

Albeit with Gov A-butt and Ken Paxton as AG, Fifth Circuit in Texas soon could outrun the 6th for that ‘honor.’
