Yeah, Well, Mr. Tough Guy

Look at this stuff.

Look at the fear on his face.

Donald Trump is afraid of a damn bird.

Hell, I could whip a bird. I’d take on a bird, no problem.  I could even whip Big Bird if I had a hammer or something.  I executed a turkey once.

I ain’t scared of no bird.

But I imagine chickens are.

Uncle Sam (that’s the eagle’s name) is either a very discerning bird or maybe he just wanted to take a closer look at that critter on Trump’s head.

No one can blame Sam for being curious.

  2. I definitely agree with Uncle Sam’s opinion of Trump and loved the videos, but I can tell you I wouldn’t want to tangle with a bald eagle either. I had one swoop down at me when I was trying to take it’s picture (I had to duck fast) because I got too close to a fish it had been eating.

  3. Of course tRump’s afraid. He knows bald eagles aren’t apex predators and therefore eat a lot of carrion. And there he is carrion mere inches from a bald eagle.

Chicken ‘hawk’ T-Rump meets eagle, Uncle Sam. Didn’t do much for my confidence that T-Rump is in any way, shape or fashion to ready to be a world leader or meet world leaders.

I’m just happy Uncle Sam didn’t swallow a chunk of T-Rump. Would hate to see such a magnificent bird suffer toxic indigestion.

He probably thought it was Foghorn Leghorn. City boy!

I’M afraid of bald eagles! They have an amazing wingspan, they aren’t small and they’re talons are extremely dangerous! They are also amazingly stealthy for such a large bird. (I encountered one on the Guadalupe; they are quite beautiful, too!) This MAY be one of Trump’s more intelligent moves.

If it’s a statue, we could fling it at his head…

  8. Since everybody loves Trump, I suspect as president he will be sure to choose a new symbol for our country…damn disrespectful bird!

  9. This video shows the truth behind the glossy production shown on 60 Minutes. On air he was all Mr. America with our national symbol perched on his arm. Behind the scenes he was just plain stupid acting and if you look when the handler smooths Trumps hair it all moves as one. Also fun are the U-Tube episodes of behind the scenes of Ted Cruz being human. It is the most creepy thing I’ve seen in a long time. Since they are now public domain they are great clips to use against his candidacy.

  10. Don A in Pennsyltucky says:

You won’t catch me playing games with an Eagle. Every Patriot knows that Eagles are capable of unimagined feats.

    10
  11. Symbolism. Good job bald eagle.

    11
  12. Eagles beat the Patroits last Sunday. Rich symbolism? That’ll teach Trump to quit pretending he’s a Patriot.

  13. @NFL Patriot fans

Does the Patriot quarterback have THAT much trouble throwing the futbol when it’s fully full of air??

Have to laugh. Both at Trump, and at the memory of my own dear hubbie cowering with a similar expression on his face, at his desk, when our beloved Hanzi, a Quaker parrot, decided he wanted to help Daddy work on the computer and decided to just fly on over for a visit. I think I recall Skip screeching, “I thought you trimmed his wings!”

A Quaker parrot is kinda like a parakeet on steroids…. not that big, and ours was certainly not that fierce. He used to sit on our mailbox while I worked in the front yard, in the apple tree when I worked in the backyard. He went on walks with me and Luke Skywalker, the Shih Tzu with 2″ legs and an underbite…. sometimes on my shoulder, sometimes on Lukey’s back. The neighborhood kids adored Hanzi.

For some reason, a bird can strike fear quickly. Viral pictures of The Donald acting like a wimp is priceless.

Three cheers! Someone finally gave him the ‘bird’.

    15
  16. That bird speaks for me!

Very telling that the national bird [named after the nation’s alter ego, no less] has got Trump’s number when so many humans seem not to have wised up – and won’t until he is president and decides that they, too, are losers in some way and puts them in camps. Then who’ll be laughing? Not even the bird, I would imagine.

    16
  17. Isn’t the whole premise of the Repub base that you should be afraid of anything that is different from you?

Trump doesn’t have feathers. I have no idea what that stuff on his head is, but it isn’t feathers.

    17
  18. I am the eagle. I see something that looks just like a prairie dog in the spring sunlight, all more golden than the usual dull earth color, and I am hungry . . .
