Cudd is the owner of a Midland, Texas, flower shop, and she told the court that the trip is “a work-related bonding retreat for employees and their spouses.”
An FBI affidavit alleged that Cudd was one of a number of rioters who broke into the Capitol and paraded around the rotunda. The government claims Cudd published a Facebook video after the riot in which she said, “We did break down the Nancy Pelosi’s office door” [sic] and claimed to have no regrets about her actions. “F* yes, I am proud of my actions. I f*ing charged the Capitol today with patriots today.”
Now that is audacity.

What a perfect example of white privilege! I hope she was not allowed to vacation right now unless it is a stay in the local jail.

It is interesting that with all the resort destinations in the USA she made arrangements to leave the country. That doesn’t seem very patriotic.
8Perhaps instead of a vacation in Mexico, Midland, Texas authorities could offer her a history class in a “one room schoolhouse” (with bars and a small window) while she’s waiting on her trial.
There she might learn that at one time, Midland was in Mexico! So she’s not really missing out on anything after all. And maybe as part of the curriculumexplain what is constitutional, or not. Make the most of it Mrs. Benedict Arnold.
9This reminds me of an old poster I had in my dorm room. A very large glaring hawk with spread wings and claws extended just about to grab a mouse standing with drooping shoulders but with it’s middle finger extended. I believe the poster was titled “The last great act of defiance”.
She should practice that stance a lot more when she gets convicted and has to spend time in jail.

SN9 had a great liftoff, flight, and thennnn, the last 1000 feet of the landing didn’t quite work out– BOOM! Yeow… the second Raptor seemed to misfire and not develop any thrust, SN9 just over-rotated and did a bellyflop instead of landing on it’s legs.just , kaboom, pau, big orange ball of flame, and not much left, just a smoking heap.
Oh well, I’m sure that one of the reasons that SpaceX is located at Boca Chica, TX is because just a few miles west [~8 miles] down TX Hwy 4 towards Brownsville, is Port Brownsville where there are several ship-breakers who dismantle seagoing ships of all kinds.

Well isn’t she just special. Jan 6th was just a DC vacation for her to see the sights. Maybe the prosecutor can arrange a few nights in a Mexican jail for her.

I’m with BarbinDC. Silly woman, by storming the Capitol, you participated in insurrection–an effort to overthrow the US government. It’s against the law, big-time. You’re not going to Mexico, hon; you’re going to jail.
15She claims it is a “bonding retreat for employees and their spouses.” I am willing to bet good money that her employees will have more fun and better bonding without her along. Just based on my experience in dealing with that kind of a boss; I have no real evidence otherwise. I’ll also bet that if she can’t go, she’ll cancel the whole thing because it’s really for and about her.
16The way the local authorities have been treating these – uh – “people” I guess you’d call them – I’m betting the judge let her go.
And then the DC circuit court said, “Oh, no you don’t.”
At least that’s how other such cases have gone.

Covidiots. Wrong place at the wrong time means doing normal activities and being dragged involuntarily into circumstances beyond one’s control. Those covidiots deliberately flew or drove to Dee Cee to stop the Senate confirmation of President Biden. For proportionality consider there were few to no counter protestors there. Common sense. Donnie wanted ugly and those covidiots delivered. Tell it to a judge, morons.
