Trump is selling tee-shirts for $99.

Okay, so they are jerseys, but they are familiar …

Hummmm …. Stand up for America?  That sounds familiar …

Oh well, like we didn’t know before now.

Thanks to Deb T for the heads up.

  3. David Duke didn’t have a slogan he liked?
Too bad, then he could sell it on white hoodies.

  4. george wallace embodies the ugliest example of the D’s allowing vile thuglicans to continue to run as D’s just because they had a D after their name. Irrelevant of actual policy’s and actions.
A full 20 years after strom thurmond renounced his democratic party membership and almost 40 years after FDR renounced the support of the KKK this racist was allowed to continue to be a member in “good standing” of the democratic party by those who cared nothing of policy just bean counting.
The same issues that allow the recently deposed gov. of Puerto Rico, who was a democratic gov. in name only, lipinski and cuellar as well as all to many others who give coverage to their thuglican pay masters while retaining the ability to embarrass and discredit the Democratic party on command.
When an individual supports the policy’s, bigotry an ignorance of the thuglicans they should not be allowed to retain membership in the party ( democratic) they obviously disdain.
I keep returning to old adage/story of the scorpion and the frog. The d’s should not continue to nurse these scorpions at the party’s electoral bosom with campaign support, funds and institutional roadblocks against challengers.
They will simply play the same role as the dixiecrats of enshrining thuglican framing and debased policies.
When the party shook off the dead hand of history that the old dixiecrats embodied they should not have allowed a new crop of false d’s to replace them.

  5. “Horribly gerrymandered”.

A North Carolina court just threw out Republicans’ gerrymandered state legislature map
North Carolina’s maps are horribly gerrymandered. This could have big implications for other states, too.

    https://triblive.com/news/world/pentagon-oks-3-6-billion-for-military-construction-to-build-border-wall/

Elaine McCusker, the Pentagon comptroller, said the now-unfunded projects are not being canceled. Instead, the Pentagon is saying the military projects are being “deferred.” The Defense Department, however, has no guarantee from Congress that any of the money will be replaced, and a number of lawmakers made it clear during the debate earlier this year that they would not fall for budget trickery and sleight of hand to build the wall.

    Schemer sobs croc tears

“It is a slap in the face to the members of the Armed Forces who serve our country that President Trump is willing to cannibalize already allocated military funding to boost his own ego and for a wall he promised Mexico would pay to build,” said Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer of New York. He said the funding shift will affect the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

On a lighter side, how many cult members will purchase this thinking, “If I buy one of these, I will look buff”.

  7. Opinionated Hussy says:

megasoid – We worked very hard to get and keep a Democratic majority on the state Supreme Court, and this is why. We make sure that every voter in this county knows about who the progressive candidates are, all the way down the ballot, and the state Party does a pretty good job of informing people about the state-wide races.

    Judge races matter…this is why!

  8. I’m surprised someone didn’t think of putting 46 on it instead of 45. Oh well, not deep thinkers these.

Oh, and there’s a dig in there about Colin Kaepernick, too, with the reference on a sports jersey to “standing up.” Insults and coded racism all round.
