Well, That’s Reassuring
Well, at least we now have a handbag designer making our foreign policy decisions instead of a whacked-out egomaniac.

Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Does that mean we can place the approximate $80 million cost of missiles and all subsequent costs of unintended consequences on Ivanka’s tab? Really. At what point do the trial balloons to deflect responsibility coming out of the White House ever include Donnie?
Sending a battle group into waters off North Korea was obviously Barron’s idea. Kids. They just love playing Battleship.

1My little bride and I discussed the Drumpf Child’s assessment of his sibling’s expertise, since she had borne 3 children. So the value of female foreign policy advisor to this president is wrapped up in the number of times she has procreated? What about the value of female advisors with more than 3 children? Isn’t there somewhere a foreign policy guru with 4 or 5 or 6 children? Sure she is an f’ing foreign policy genius! What about that disgusting TV family with like 19 kids? Shouldn’t Drump reach out to her? After all she could field two baseball teams with spare pitchers.
And what about if an otherwise qualified foreign policy guru has but 1 or 2 children but has like say 4 grandchildren? Wouldn’t that trump (so to speak) the foreign policy advisor with just 3 kids and no grand-kids yet? Well shouldn’t it??
Truly November 8, 2016 set a new low for this nation and every day since January 20th, 2017 has pushed the bar LOWER.
It will take 20 straight years of progressive Presidents to right this mess.
2The report I heard said that Trump was paying no attention whatsoever to the gassing of civilians until Ivanka starting crying to him about the poor babies and children and then all of a sudden he became concerned and decided he needed to do something. I didn’t hear any reports of Ivanka suggesting bombing, although considering the state of affairs in the White House these days, I sure can’t rule that out. That Trump pays no attention to what’s going on, and then makes decisions about sending missiles, seemingly without consulting military or state department, AND only cares about the babies and children after they’re dead, but wants to keep them all from seeking asylum in the US while they’re alive is surely a testament to the moral emptiness of this administration.
3Jane & PKM, RE: the Korean situation-
China has seen our Navy carrier group and raised ~150,000 troops moving to the North Korean border (roughly 12-15 divisions, two whole effen field armies worth of grunts).
Some of are old enough to remember the grownups talking about the then ongoing “Korean War/Police Action” (I was a few years old when it started, in school when it ‘armisticed’).
IIRC, the US has about 10-15,000 Marines and Army stationed in the ROK, mostly along the DMZ; no idea how big the ROK military is.
But Seoul is only ~30 miles from the DMZ. Seoul is the capitol, largest city, and the center for much of Korea’s hi-tech (and the worlds) base, let alone everything else. One quick strike by the DPRK and it’s all toasted, and the DPRK doesn’t even have to put any boots on the ground, their massive arty and missile offense could do it in less than half an hour!
4I never understood why the ROK’s didn’t move the whole damned city way down the peninsula, especially after the first 1950-53 go-around..
Dang it, apart from a couple word errors above, I plum forgot to mention that that Chinese force of ~150,000 troops, 12-15 divisions, is almost exactly the number that they deployed into Korea as PVA (Peoples Voluntary Army)’assistance’ to bolster the then losing DPRK forces in 1951.
5Could that number just be a coincidence? I don’t think the Red Chinese ‘do’ coincidence…
Ji was likely not amused with our more than worthless SOBOTUS/BS-in-C at Mar-A-Pendejo last week.
And United Air and the Chicago Airport rentacops have not helped one lkittle bit either.
Orange Whore and his family of Little Whores seem intent in FUBAR this country and, as an added bonus, they’d like to FUBAR the entire planet. Just as long as their little weekend vacations in NY and Tsar-a-Lago are on still on track.

1MARDIV undoubtedly stands ready to complete the job they started November/December 1950.
My departed GySgt sainted father might very well re-appear there if the going gets tough.
7And they spat on Jimmy Carter because he said he’d asked his daughter Amy what the world’s biggest problem was.
8Another Republican War
It fits on a hat, which is how American voters seem to decide ‘issues’ these days.
Then there’s ‘SOSS.’
9Save Our Social Security
SMDH Yet again today.
Sean STFU Spicer claims “even Hitler didn’t gas his own people.” Was he laying cover for Ivanka and Eric, or trying to prove he really is Donnie’s son by another mother?
10For the moment, I’m going to pretend the North Korea threat of war doesn’t exist… Slightly off topic, but our Syria missile attack “war room” was full of everyone but the janitor and made me question: Just who paid to fly all these unnecessary people to Mar-a-Pendejo (thanks, Sandridge!), probably with their kids and grandkids in tow, for a great weekend trip? And again, who paid for all their rooms, food and the secret service people, all of whom probably stayed at good old Mar-a-Pendejo? With Drumpf’s weekly Mar-a-Pendejo trips plus Melania staying at Trump Tower, not to mention the protection costs of Uday and Qusay’s trips wherever, and oh yeah, Ivanka and Jared’s costs now, plus whoever else in this family dynasty plans to get involved in running the White House and making decisions for us, the costs of secret service protection have skyrocketed!!! Actually, we just can’t afford these people and this administration! Wish we could just say YOU’RE FIRED! And take your evil Cabinet and agency heads with you when you leave!
11Like a lot of others, I said this crazy, delusional, ignorant person will have us in World War III in no time at all! Lordy mercy, is he ever trying to get ‘er done! Just couldn’t wait to play with his military and the nukes, could he?
I don’t mind little kids playing battleship cuz even kids are smart enough to know that its just playing but when the kid is 70 years old and hasn’t learned one damn thing worth learning in his fuzzy life, that’s one hell of another matter!
12Debbo – Tsar-a-Lago? Heh. If you don’t mind, I’m totally… um… borrowing that from now on. Beats my previous references to Mar-a-Largegut tiny hands down. LOL. Thanks.
13Eric is the dumbest kid of a very dumb family. Now I didn’t say that. I am just repeating what someone else said.
14Thomas Knapp has one of the better solutions for Drumpf security at his southern swamp:
“Instead of enacting a new tax on Mar-a-Lago, Palm Beach County’s government should inform Donald Trump that there will be no special police accommodations for his presence, and tell the Secret Service that attempts to shut down the airport will earn them free accommodations at the county’s correctional facility.”
http://www.counterpunch.org/2017/04/12/trumps-security-tab-a-good-case-for-separation-of-church-and-state/
Mayor De Blasio and Gov Cuomo should also do something similar. All the excess security should be paid for by the Drumpf’s. Maybe Betsy’s brother Erik would give them a family rate.
15Donald Trump, Jr.: Born on third base, thinks he hit a home run.
Eric Trump: Born on third base, thinks he scored a touchdown.
It’s actually kinda cool, the way Eric’s so dumb that he keeps forgetting, and sometimes ends up accidentally telling the truth. And big game hunting aside, he doesn’t seem to be as deliberately malicious as the rest of the deplorable brood.
