Her entire life and career judged on whether or not she treated Trump nicely. What level of narcissism does that take? Is it the kind of narcissism that bubbles up like baking soda and vinegar or the kind that pounds rebar in the ground?

3In a strange way, because it comes from Trump, that’s inadvertently high praise for Cokie Roberts. He’s telling the world she did her job with journalistic integrity.

11With the news of her passing I have to admit my strongest memory of her was as a spokesperson for the D.C. “villagers” decrying the “coarseness” of the Clinton administration.
