Trump Is Gonna Hate This

October 08, 2019 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

A National Security Council source with direct knowledge of the discussions told Newsweek that Trump got “rolled” by Erdogan.

“President Trump was definitely out-negotiated and only endorsed the troop withdraw to make it look like we are getting something—but we are not getting something,” the National Security Council source told Newsweek. “The U.S. national security has entered a state of increased danger for decades to come because the president has no spine and that’s the bottom line.”

Yeah, he’s letting the big boys use the United States like a welcome mat.  He’s a wussy and we need to start calling him that.

He’s gonna hate it.

Trump keeps caving on this issue to Ergodan. Perhaps the Kurds should offer Trump a hotel deal?

  3. Someone came on MSNBC and stated that tRump was out-witted and out-foxed by the Turkey dictator. It may be a good strategy in dealing with him – publicly making fun of his weakness until he does the opposite.

  4. I get soooooo tired of repeating this, but Putin is very, VERY, happy…

Since Trump rolls over so easily, could Nancy just go have a stern talk with him and make him leave?

Trump talks a big, tough game, but he’s outmaneuvered by absolutely everybody–Putin, Kim, MBS, and now Erdogan. Apparently, the Art of the Deal is to fold like a cheap suit and then pretend you came out ahead.

  7. Donald Trump has always been a terrible negotiator. That’s why he overpaid for the airline, his casinos (Merv Griffin rolled him hard on one of those), his football team (and many of the players on that team). His ghost writer, Tony Schwartz, was amazed when Trump asked him to make him an offer to write his Art of the Deal book, because Schwartz then made an opening offer sure to be shot down (it was ridiculously lucrative for Schwartz) and Trump jumped at it.

  8. Trump already has the Trump Towers in Istanbul.
Erdogan must have threatened to nationalize them if Donnie
    Dump didn’t withdraw.

  9. But Putin got something.

  10. If Republicans woke up momentarily and commented that Trump’s new Syria policy is a bad deal, it’s gotta be swamp bottom bad.

Wait–Erdogan grabbed the US by the wussy? When you’re Turkish they let you, you know.

  12. I just say.
    Trump pals around with terrorists.

  13. For a while now I have been advocating the production of simple black bumper stickers. In clear white sans serif letters:

    TRUMP IS WEAK.

And there is the bonus that it will make his worshippers nuts.

But Trump did come out ahead; his Turkey Tower is now guaranteed to rake in money. Unfortunately, the US and its allies are the losers. But the important thing is that Trump and his spawn will be ahead!

  15. @SurlyProfessor (14) — if the whole region goes up in flames, Spankee’s hotel is not going make much money when the tourists stop coming. When ISIS was really active, tourism in the whole region went to hell in a handcart.

Besides, who’s to say whether or not someone may be massively pissed off at Spankee and put a bomb in it (or wear one into the lobby) and blow it to smithereens? I’m not sure that too many people would be willing to stay there after this massive betrayal.

  16. Buttermilk Sky says:

Erdogan probably books a dozen rooms at the Trumpicana, or whatever it’s called, every week. It’s the price of doing business with the Orange Grifter, and having a free hand to invade Syria and massacre the Kurds. And when the thousands of IS fighters they’re holding escape, trump will blame Obama.

This stinks to heaven. The civilized countries will not forgive us, nor should they.

  17. Random question
Wonder if the decision in 1998 that forced Secret Service testify about President Clinton would have any relevance today.
The decision included the Treasury department ( Secret Service senior department) and the DoJ.
The decision specifically ruled against the claims of any “new” privilege.
Just echos in my memory but not being a lawyer plus the human vaguenacies (sic) of human memory this may just be wishful thinking
