Tens of people showed up at the Trump rally but they’ve progress from adding stick figures.
Welcome to The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay Bankston. I live in Richmond, Texas, in the heart of Tom DeLay's old district. It's nuttier than squirrel poop here.
I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
That’s just pathetic, and so entirely indicative of Trump’s poor little man-baby ego. He just can’t STAND not having the biggest and best of absolutely everything, even if he has to lie and cheat to pretend it’s so. He has to know that too many people saw the actual crowd for this to sneak by under the radar, but he does it anyway. SAD!
1Reminds me of a Cecil B. DeMille movie poster: “and a cast of thousands…” Any similarities to actual individuals is intentional and designed to protect the clownish hoaxers looking for a bump in the garbage strewn polling.
2Wait for Nov 3rd?
Wait for Jan 20th?
Moscow Mitch and the usual suspects need to pay for every minute the ***king moron* has been responsible for spreading COVID-19 due to their failure to do their constitutional duty. That includes the phonies of The Lincoln Project whose faux outrage is reserved for Covidiot* 45 and somehow misses the disastrous effects of conservative policies, policies those phonies still promote.
3Seems to validate the polls that he’s not at all popular. He can’t even pay people to show up. Let’s see, he fired his campaign manager a couple of weeks ago. Who’s head will roll now? At least his photo editors will have a job.
4Personally, I think The Lincoln Project is doing a damned good job. As Republicans, people will listen to them who wouldn’t give a Democrat the time of day.
5More sand in the desert!!!!
6Photo-voter-fraud. Absentee supporters.
7Meanwhile, despite 153,000 dead in the US and accelerating, Trump today went to Virginia to play golf. At one of his properties. The visit was Trump’s 283th trip to a golf course while in office.
Which is more important: dying Americans or hitting this little white ball into that hole way over there in the grass?
8This is hilariously pathetic. And sooo obvious.
9That’s a really amateurish editing job. Can’t the White House even afford a professional photo editor? Obviously not.
10@AK Lynne, #5
I agree with you. I like what the Lincoln Project is doing–but it’s going to be rough when those talented people go back to being the opposition, again. I trust they’re not going to go back to being Republicans. We need to be two different approaches to the same goal, not sworn enemies. We have to work for the good of the United States before we pledge our allegiance to any political party.
11Slipstream- the only place Trumpf has any balls is on his golf course with his secret service catting for him.
12I would love to see Joe Biden fly into the same airport in Florida with his VP choice in a non-taxpayer funded non- jumbo jet and compare crowds. Something tells me it would be humiliating for Trumpf.
The fotofaker is so dumb s/he used the standout redshirts that any normal pattern-seeking human would spot…there’s no end to the stupidity. He’s drawing from a deep American psychic well.
Vietnam and Iraq really hurt.
13The original unaltered picture is on Facebook on Biden’s site
14slipstream @ 8 Did you come across this story today?
Texas ‘wide open for business’ despite surge in Covid-19 cases
Edit: Four months into the pandemic a mandatory mask order is in place in the state, but some worry it’s too little, too late.
The article showing Texans, sans masks, “living” in an al fresco setting bar in Austin was eye opening for me.
In my Florida apartment each night, next to the almost empty interstate. I hear the doppler shift and fade of 100+ mph screaming ninja bikes of people “living” on the edge and embracing the existential fatalism.
Disney parks too, have scenes like Austin, albeit exponentially larger numbers, the exception for this weekend is due to hurricane/TS Isaias –
( ee-sigh-ee-yes ) slobber kissing the peninsula.

There is also text of Loopy Gohmert and
egg Babbit – urge, goad, provoke, push, prod, prompt, induce, spur on, fall on your canes and walkers to help us out…) Both of them are lone star killers. Making your staff take those masks off did you little man? “living large are we?” How many have you killed this year?
No epiphany here, just wonderment. – link with all the stats and anecdotes below: A remarkable read!

15@Jane & PKM, if the Washington Post is right, the Lincoln Project is pretty serious about flushing [out] the Republican Party as it is today. Here are a couple of quotes from s:
“Indeed, in Weaver’s* telling, binding the “wounds” of the Trump era, as the group’s mission puts it, includes working against Republicans who try to prevent Biden from addressing our deep crises, particularly among Trumpist Republicans such as Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) who use this to position themselves for 2024.”
“If the Lincoln Project has a broader agenda, then, it appears to be burning down as much of the GOP that helped bring us Trump as possible. Obviously, we should approach all this with a trust-but-verify skepticism, but Weaver has now planted markers for us to judge the group against.”
Here’s the link, if it works here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/07/20/does-lincoln-project-have-secret-agenda-answer-is-surprising/
Or search Lincoln Project Washington Post

16megasoid: yes, the story on Trump going golfing today is from today’s Guardian:

17Jane & PKM:
18Once the election’s over and f**king trump’s out, I imagine most, if not all of The Lincoln Project Republicans will go back to their old ways.
I’m good with that.
I’m just grateful for their efforts now. They’re purty f**king effective in my opinion. To quote from the movie War Games I’d piss on a sparkplug if it it’d do any good.
Full disclosure. I’m purty sure the quote from War Games only had one “it” in it. Apologies for historical inaccuracies.
19The *actors* were told that they wouldn`t be paid until *after* CryBaby left – which meant they wouldn`t get paid anyway .
20I hate to call the photograph out as a hoax, but it appears to be a hoax.
The turnout was objectively bad in the original photograph. The poster of that altered photograph will not respond to people looking for a source for it.
I searched news outlets, the White House press release page, and the White House Instagram account, and cannot find the altered photograph on any of them.
21That is pitiful. If you click on the large picture and enlarge it even more, you can see strips of cut and paste figures, many more than indicated in pics 3 and 4. Check out the three people in white shirts to the right. They are repeated over and over again.
It’s so obvious it doesn’t even qualify as bad photoshopping. It is just lazy cut and pasting by a bored white house staffer who knows his idiot boss is too vain to wear glasses and he can shove anything under his nose and trump will buy it.
22Cut and paste till you drop?? This is SO what a tinpot dictator would do in his own postage stamp size country!
23We’ve seen this “technique” used before:
https://thelede.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/07/10/in-an-iranian-image-a-missile-too-many/
but the WH version looks more like the spoof versions that some jokesters immediately started creating:
http://static1.1.sqspcdn.com/static/f/497390/18038827/1336200567777/IRAN+2008+MISSILE+PHOTOSHOP+JAR+JAR+BINKS.png?token=RyfgKr4ZWFIny51oiZNSL3ionJM%3D
Maggie @ 23: think of how many slavish “White House assistants” helped make the image … and how they are all paid for by the taxpayers.
24I would like to point out something that should be important no matter which picture is most accurate: The people are all crammed together, and likely aren’t wearing masks. Rallies large and tiny are COVID hot spots in the making.
BLOATUS can’t even protect his own votes…
25It’s a bad cut and paste job when I can see it without enlargement!
26Mega @15, that pic is from the (use to be) weekly Sun Radio broadcast of Texas Radio Live from Guerro’s Tacos on South Congress. We attended pre-COVID when it was packed, SRO, shoulder to shoulder every Wednesday! I’m surprised that the “crowd” is maskless as Austin, in general, is handling the pandemic fairly successfully and every time I’ve been out in public I witness around a 99% masked up compliance rate.
27Turns out, it was not done by the White House, but some joker who freely admitted it’s a sham. Now which is more pathetic – that we were so gullible that we fell for it, or that it seemed so plausible that we fell for it?
