Now, as Texas is attacking Planned Parenthood, God sends massive flooding.
Just using Pat Robertson as a guide, it sure looks like God doesn’t mind someone welcoming gays, but gets truly pissed when you mess with health care for the poor.

Back in 2011, Governor Perry went to the Astrodome (it might have been Reliant Stadium) prayed for rain in front of thousands of God-fearing Texans.

21I just went back and reread ( for the third time in a short while) Roe vs Wade. I marched in the streets as a young woman and was active with Women for Change to try to get that law in place. The law has not changed. But as far as I am concerned today, and I am what used to be called a “yellow dog democrat”, I am ashamed of the women whose reproductive health, safety, and legal choices I worked hard to secure. I don’t hear the outrage that I should be hearing. I am seeing women being less than they were when I was young. . . . less in charge of themselves, less sure of themselves, less aggressive, less capable, less politically savvy, less willing to join with others to keep their rights secured.
