Seems Like A Pretty Good Idea

Let’s see, the January 6th committee wants to chat with Meadows.  Plus, both Meadows and his wife have a lock-and-key case against them for voter fraud.

So it’s kinda hard to speculate exactly why they are spending a hunks of bucks ($158,800 so far) at a DeeCee law firm that specializes in political messes.

Kappel said Buckley is a general service law firm, but does have a practice devoted to congressional investigations. He said there isn’t reason to believe Debra Meadows is under investigation for the events of Jan. 6.

“At least if the Select Committee is investigating that, they haven’t made it public, which is why these legal fees are so intriguing,” Kappel said. “It may just be possible that in trying to identify all of the telephones that Mark Meadows had access to and may have used, they cast a wide net and also subpoenaed his wife for her phone or a phone that was paid for by her PAC.”

By the this is a PAC that spent money for both Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert to win their races. So, you know, any money spent on lawyers is well spent because, Honey, at least it ain’t going to Greene and Boebert.

By the way, if Madison Cawthorn is telling the truth that fellow lawmakers have invited him to an orgy and done cocaine in front of him, who would you put on the pro-orgy list?  I mean, Mark Meadows would be right at the slimy top of the list, right?
