Roy Moore: This Language Stuff is Hard

December 04, 2017 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Alabama’s Roy Moore won’t debate or talk to real news, but boy howdy, he’s downright loquacious with the rightwing news.

He just told them that “immorality is at a new low.”

Wouldn’t that mean that morality is at a new high?  Which couldn’t be right because it’s not.

And by immorality, he means negative ads from his opponent.

Yeah.  That’s what he means.  The good stuff starts around 2:30 mark.

Yep, that’s morality.

  1. Just heard something very interesting today on the TV. All the right wing polling done for Moore in Bama consisted of people using only land lines. I know for a fact that there are more cell phone sin Bama than the other kind. My three grandchildren have their own phones. That started the day a boy in their school walked up to another grade school boy and shot him dead. Cell phones became de riguer for kids in school: elementary, middle and high school. Just that population alone outnumbers landline users. This kind of reminds me of the early glee the Republicans were enjoying during the Truman-Dewey match up many years ago. Newspapers had already set up headlines proclaiming Dewey the winner only to find it was actually Truman. The R’s couldn’t figure it out. Eventually they realized that the fold who had a land line phone at that time were the smaller part of the population. The rest of the people couldn’t afford them so the R’s never got the message until the ballots were counted. Kinda got my fingers crossed for Jones. The polls in Bama are all over the place.

  2. Landline bias is well known in polling statistics, and some corrections for this can be made. Don’t just trust any source without checking up on what is claimed. Opinions can be triggered through claims in polls.

Remember, 95% of everything is BS.

  3. Nice close to the interview, the closest he ever approached the truth:

    “I think I could make a difference.”

Yep, a pedophile in the Senate. That’s something completely different.

Alabama, defying the laws of physics. It’s a wonder Roy Moore and his supporters can muster any forward motion when they walk with their knuckles dragging on the ground. As for the polling difficulties honesty is a big problem. Much like admitting they voted for Donnie only the craziest among them openly admit supporting Roy Moore.

Although my theory on the polls has a few holes, or Republicans in Congress are as crazy as Donnie. They’re punting this to the ‘good’ citizens of Alabama rather than take a moral stand against child molesters. 2018 should be fun with all the “I’m with Perverts” jackets they’ll be wearing.

  5. I know that we’ve talked a lot in here about repugnantcans projecting their douchebagery on liberals. But listening to this wad of putrid river-bottom slime whining about negative political ads after what so-called conservatives have done to liberals for decades as a regular tactic is truly repugnant. He really is a lot like Donnie Douchebag.
And my first thought watching that video was to wonder if that reporter felt safe being in same room with him. Then it hit me. She’s at least 15 years too old for him.

  6. I didn’t watch because I don’t want to pollute my brain except with pollutants of my choice. (A friend said that her dog went to the vet ER after eating 27 rum balls covered with dark chocolate. He’s OK now. I’d be willing to risk an ER trip for that. We’ve made rum balls together. The recipe said that if they didn’t hold together we should add more corn syrup. We looked at each other and added more rum.)

@Rick: “Yep, a pedophile in the Senate. That’s something completely different.” Are you sure?

  7. @Rick: “Yep, a pedophile in the Senate. That’s something completely different.” Are you sure?

Rhea – No, I can’t be certain. It’s just comes from some hope I’ve held on to from the Obama administration.

  8. How great can the republican agenda be when they need a child predator in the senate to pass that agenda?

  9. You must understand, English is a second language to all the bubbas in Aladamnbama.

  10. ‘[Jones] would allow abortion up to birth.’

Bwahahahahaha. Okay, now I will have to go purge my stomach.

If Moore is promising to increase the amount of immorality in our nation’s capital, it’s no wonder Trump endorsed him.

  12. Sandridge says:

Send Democrat Doug Jones a few dollars if you can.
He has a long track record of doing good, while his execrable opponent Moore is and has been pure evil. One wonders about a 34yo Moore chasing 17yo girls, what was he chasing in his teens and twenties, 4 or 8yo’s? (oops, slipped into ‘negative’ territory… :] )

This is a titanic struggle for our nation, and this Aladamnbama Senate seat is just a part.

I think ‘immorality’ MEANS you’ve already sunk to a low…..which indicates that immorality CANNOT sink lower. But then there’s no evidence this guy actually speaks English.
