1Jane & PKM, I’m reminded of the pre-anesthetic surgeon who set a time record for amputating a leg and also removed several of his assistant’s fingers in the process. My only hope is that they don’t manage to reconcile all of the assorted promises they had to make to get every GOP to vote for these disasters of tax bills.
2Not so fast there, Mizz Juanita Jean. I’ll grant that Aladambama is an embarrassment but they really mostly don’t harm anyone ceptin’ their own selves. Texas, on the other hand, is a royal pain in the patootie to the rest of the Union. I give you your US Senators and Gooey Lohmart as exhibit A and the BS influence that Texas has on US textbooks as exhibit B. Plus, Tejas already wants to secede from the Union. And Trump wouldn’t be lyin’ to Vladimir when he tells him it’s yooge! Though he will be when he mistakenly brags that it’s the biggest state and he was saving it for his special bare-chested Russian buddy.

Putin can only have AL/TX, if he agrees to physically remove it from the North American continent, and relocate it to Russia.
