I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

2Sort of OT, but same category of ahole-
Mikey Pence is coming to town in a little more than an hour. He;s leaving BAMC in San Antonio and going to Sutherland Springs first.
Then he’s going to a prayer rally (yeah, prayer, comments please–) at the Floresville HS stadium this evening.
Many kids from Sutherland Springs (too small to have schools) attend the Floresville ISD schools, my kids knew some more than a decade ago.
Whelp, I’m about 6 miles away, started hearing hordes of sirens down on the major US highway about 1/2 hour ago, followed by several helos a few minutes ago (waiting for the F-16’s any minute…).
Guess what (per flipping tv channels), there was a report of gunfire in Floresville a mile or so from the stadium, so all hell breaks loose. Probably just the usual plinker or hunter, unaware of current event.
One tv channel briefly has cam on many LEO’s searching a semi-wooded area (I think on the edge of town) for a news bulletin.
This somber event period is turning into a circus.
Y’all wouldn’t believe all sketchy preachers, coffin artistes, and various others that have descended on the area after the Sutherland Springs massacre.

Look closely at his staff — they aren’t smiling, they’re wincing. THEY know how they’re humiliating themselves even though His Dumpfness doesn’t have a clue.
The things people will do to keep their jobs — even when quitting in disgust would _help_ their resumes, not harm them.

6Pense makes me gag. His empty religion is truely a clanging cymbal. Both he & Ryan scream prayer, prayer! Not the time for action! When IS the time? It’s long, long overdue. Too bad the smugness of the rethugs in Congress keeps adding to the death toll. Always an excuse with them. Why in heaven’s name do people put up with such blatant disregard for safety and public good?
7Tilphousia, TX Gov Abbutt is even worse on the jeebus stuff. There has been a definite effort to control the ‘message’ about the SS incident, as there is about Hurricane Harvey: ‘it’s all in gawds hands, trust us’…
WRT that ‘gunfire nearby incident in Floresville a couple of hours ahead of Pence’s visit, after the crveep was gone it was announced that the ‘sounds of gunfire report’ had been a “false alarm”. IOW, as I suspected, a probable false flag PR stunt?
The Pence (and a whole bunch more, even a shot of DetesTED Cruz hugging ‘the good guy with a gun’) Eschenberg Stadium ‘prayer’ event looked quite poorly attended (of course a front just blew in). Having sat in that stadium hundreds of times, the crowd was just centered and they used tight camera angles on the TV reports I saw. Thursday evening JV games drew more.
Why y’all keep using that wimpish, squishy word “deplorable(s)”, which just makes the RWNJ’s ecstatic with derision, is beyond me.
8Use a word that has some impact, same number of letters (only four different) and more fully describes them: “despicable(s)”; it even comes with a contemptuous spit-flecked sneer attached and a builtin flipoff, instead of a limp-wristed waveoff.
Are the Suckers catching on? Naw—The uneducated, Low IQ, Bigoted GOP, Will believe any thing Trump tells them. After all He did Lie, Cheat, and Traitor his way to the top. With the help of Putin. All the GOP has to do is Just suck hard and smile.
