Ole Bubba tells me all manner of legal mumbo talko that there are legal reason the judge postponed the sentencing of Mike Flynn.
Nope. I am not buying that.
The judge, God love him, just cannot give the privilege of being the one who says, “Lock him up.”
That, my friends, is real justice.

1Judge Sullivan wants more options to saying “lock him up” for mere months. Dropping the “treason” word as a warning shot across Flynn’s bow was a nice touch.
Honey Badger would like to invite Flynn back to military service for court martial, stripping of rank and benefits. Then punish the miserable sack.
2You know, if he’d betrayed Putin the way he did our own country, there would be a sack over his head as he was frog-marched out of the room, with a bullet to the back of his head and his family given the bill for the bullet.
Traitor.
3What else does anyone talk about while going through medical tests? Flynn, of course. What me and the medical staff couldn’t understand is what happened to his no-account son who was involved in all of this? Maybe daddy gets off scott free and sonny has to pay the piper?
4Or daddy takes heat to keep sonny out of jail.
5If it’s reason can’t they shoot him?
6I think the judge thinks his little canary protege hasn’t finished singing yet, and after all the garbage the legal help has been flinging around, decided to remind him that Mr Mueller is welcome to make recommendations, but Mr Sullivan gets to hand down the sentence. Looks like it got his attention, too!
7Judge Sullivan is the one who told the government to “turn that plane around”. He also refused to dismiss a lawsuit challenging trumpster’s running afoul of the Emoluments Clause. I like this guy. Read here:

From what I understand from Rachel, the judge postponed sentencing due to possible continued singing to Mr Mueller’s investigation. Flynn will return to court in March. How about a group staking out the entrance of the courthouse and chanting “lock him up” in front of the cameras as Flynn goes in?
10If I remember correctly, treason is the only crime enumerated in the Constitution; it can only be considered Treason if it is conducted during a war; therefore, Flynn can’t be charged with treason.
Which doesn’t mean he’s not a traitor to his country.
11Sullivan is making Flynn stew his brains out wondering “jail time” or “no jail time”. I rather think Sullivan is going to be creative. He was really pissed!
12The definition of treason must be updated to include “cyber war”, which was indeed being perpetrated by Russia upon the US and others. In 21st century terms, Flynn did commit treason as did Dump and many of his minions.
13Just found out the exact number of days Flynn will be sweating it out for sentencing – 90 – three months! Thats Christmas, New Year’s, St. Paddy’s Day and maybe even Easter before he knows his fate! Karma always knows your name!
