Congratulations to my friends Mayor Evalyn Moore and newly elected councilman Jesse Torres of Richmond, Texas.
The other councilman elected tonight says he’s not a Democrat but describes himself as “a progressive.”
Mrs. Cobbin, Mayor Evalyn Moore, Commissioner Richard Morrison, Councilman Jesse Torres, Dina Torres. Great Democrats!
