Pennsylvania Republican State Sen. Michael Folmer … do I even need to finish this sentence before you know that something really, really bad is coming?
Yep. Child pornography.

The married grandfather of seven was caught as the result of a tip that popular blogging site Tumblr found that a user had uploaded an image of child pornography using its application, officials said. They said the tip eventually led investigators to Folmer’s home in Lebanon, Pa., where they executed a search warrant and found child pornography images on his cellphone.
Folmer told authorities he received child pornography images through his Tumblr blog and that he was experiencing “some personal problems.”
Well, if he didn’t have personal problems before, he sure has them now.

1As if tumblr wasn’t in enough of a crisis as is…the publicity surrounding that guy being a user surely can’t help.
2Lebanon has a history of being popular with Mennonites[1]. My High School History teacher graduated from Lebanon Valley College and he taught us that the War Between the States (at least he didn’t call it the War of Northern Aggression) was because of the South’s strong beliefs in States Rights.
[1]Both Lancaster County and Lebanon County have significant percentages of their population who can be classified as Amish or Mennonite. They Mennonites drive cars and trucks and are generally considered modern — except how they treat the women in their families.

I didn’t read up on him because he’s most likely generic against abortion, gay rights, gay marriage, kids exposing themselves on YouTube. They all are until they get caught. Well, his church might forgive him.
