Kicking Off The Day

November 14, 2018 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Our long time friend Deb T is in the hospital with the flu.  She’s sick enough to be in the hospital but well enough to play on the internet machine.

First she wanted me to see this:

That just makes me proud to be a Democrat.  Democrats have some room for improvement in the gender department but poor Republicans have a long road to go with a short time to get there.

And, next, it turns out that the “young intern” who participated in the Jim Acosta event ain’t so young nor is she an intern.

I mean, if you can’t trust the Trump White House, who can you trust?

And last but holy crap certainly not least is Don Blankenship, the CEO of Massey Coal Company who killed 29 miners by blatantly violating the Mine Safety Act.  He spent a year in prison and was fined $250,000.  After that, he decided he was just perfect for politics and ran for Senate from West Virginia. He lost.

Burger, who was finally caught in sent to prison at 89 years old, was killed by another mobster within days of arriving.  Yeah, gotta be a deep state thing.

Everybody wish Deb T well!

Be social and share!

“Competitionist”??? I guess Blankenship is trying to do to the English language what he did to mine safety practices.

    Best wishes to Deb T.

Wishing Deb T. a short, boring recovery.

Democrats may have some work to do in their delegation’s gender department, but Republicans have yet to start. If you’re not a white male Republican, you can get pretty lonely over there.

  3. Deb T hope you’re home soon with good health and healthy appetite!

ROFL Seems even Old Scratch McConnell has noticed the pickings are slim on the R side of the Senate. He’s negotiating with Joni Ernst. Has she made anyone squeal yet? May he be her first.

    Get well soon, Deb.

  6. I’m pretty sure Bulger was already in prison and was transferred to another facility specifically so he could be killed. Definitely an inside job. My first thought was that his mob connections overlap with trump’s, which made him a liability.

  10. Best wishes to Deb T for a speedy recovery.

My husband says that Democrats look like America and the GOP looks like Wonder Bread.

  11. They say laughter is the best medicine, if so The Beauty Shop is the best place to get well! Thanks for the kind wishes!

Jane&PKM Seth Myers is correct, “The guys lying about non-existent voter fraud are the ones who have committed actual fraud,”
Rhea, your husband is right, the Republicans are white bread, and it’s a “Wonder” anyone votes for them!

  12. Get well Deb!

  13. Get well, Deb! Drink water and juice and do what your nurses tell you and COME BACK TO US!

I was born in the deep south and grew up there till my parents relocated us to the mid-south of Missouri.

Back when I was a kid, when my folks wanted to swear in front of us, they would say, “Blankety, blank blank!”

So I am officially renaming a certain R politician: He shall forever after be known [by me, at least] as Blankety Blank Blankenship.”

Truth in advertising and all that.
