I haven’t been in much of a mood to laugh today because yesterday I saw this in the New York Times.
Well, I guess we can take small comfort in knowing that Trump won’t win the Nobel Peace Prize now.
And when Ivanka Trump has to explain tis picture to her children in ten years, it won’t be easy.

I am not so sanguine about that.
3That’s a photo contest. Who is most annoying? The one-half of Javanka or Mnuchin. We’re paying the freight and Secret Service protection for those worthless freeloaders while they build a list of contacts for future business scams.
4It is truly sickening. I think I read that 68 Palestinians were killed and more than 2000 injured. Many of those injuries were horrific. I can see the name now, The Embassy of the United States of America at the Trump Hotel Jerusalem.
10Yesterday’s Jerusalem slaughter: This ceremony for Trump to stroke his ego… was straight up theatrics on his behalf….there will be temp office for the Consul General…but
the embassy itself won’t be completed for 9 years, they haven’t even chosen a building site. ….The existing embassy is still in operation and will stay so for a long time to come.
In the second phase, by the end of 2019, an annex on site will be constructed for a more permanent working space for the ambassador….

11I can’t imagine that the kids will ever see the pictures of the violence–has nothing to do with dear old grandad, don’t ya know.
12Many Israelis are peaceniks. They know that the killing of sons and daughters on both sides will not stop until there is a Palestinian state beside Israel. Ivanka, as convert to OrthodoxJudaism however must tow the line that all American Orthodox Jews feel compelled to follow- Israel, right or wrong. This one just bought us another century of bad Islamic luck.
13I converted to Conservative Judaism in the eighties, arguing with everyone all along, including the rabbis. So: why isn’t Ivanka’s hair covered?
14Other countries, such as Guatemala, who had embassies in elsewhere in Israel are moving to Jerusalem.
One of the victims of the rioting in the Palestinian section was a baby who choked to death on the tear gas. Have no idea why a baby would be at the site but there you have it.
And Trump just could not understand why his predecessors kept the U.S. embassy out of Jerusalem.
15if we do not learn from our mistakes, we are doomed to repeat them. Ignoramos-In-Chief knows nothing about history or the legitimate claim on part of Jerusalem by Palestinians and could care less. He is also careless about the loss of life and the injuries incurred during the foreseen protests which would erupt at this move. He sees that Israel regards him as a hero, but the rest of the world sees his stupidity and how he has set the cause of peace in the Middle East back a decade.

Her name is “Bloody Ivanka” and will be for the rest of her life.
Increasingly I ponder the idea that we should divide this here United States so many of us can live in peace without the likes of “Bloody Ivanka”. She has the blood of children forever staining her white dresses.
