A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.
This ain't a blog. Blogs are way too trendy for me. This is a professional political organization.
Why does heaven bother to say things, he could just go out and grunt with the same effect.
1The grunt idea brought to mind an appearance I saw years ago, Peter Ustinov being interviewed. He was talking about regional American accents, and Ustinov said you could even do them non-verbally. As an example, he then did a series of grunts, “huhs” and “humphs” and such as a Chicago cabbie. My grandparents were from Chicago and I could easily recognize it in Ustinov’s grunts.
Bottom line: Peter Ustinov grunting is more informative than Donald Trump attempting speech.
2I’d like to make a suggestion.
On Tuesday, November 3rd, when the polls close along the West Coast, could we all lean out of our windows, or stand on front doorsteps and shout into the spacious skies, from sea to shining sea:
“YOU’RE FIRED!”
3The morning after the election Benedict Donald will issue an executive order …
“By order of the power invested in me, I declare myself winner of the 2020 presidential election. You’ll never know who the winner is, but the winner’s going to be me.”
Then he turns to Barr and Putin standing by his side and gleams, “Ain’t that right!”

Speaking of having a hard time with his language skills, today Trumpf called Thailand “Thighland”. Our neighbors are from Thailand. I’ll have to ask them if that’s a pronunciation they’ve ever heard.

Fox News’ Dr. Marc Siegel said Trump is “very cognitively advanced”. Yo Semite Sam strikes again.
