The good news that that my email is working again. Kinda. A little. The elves are still working on it.
The bad news is that if you sent me an email during the last 48 hours, the odds are damn close to certain that I did not and I will not get it.
I am happy and exhausted. Give me a couple of days to get the laundry done and catch up I’ll be back to my mean self in no time.

I am honored and privileged to know Miss Juanita Jean Herownself, hairdresser extraordinary and political maven. Since she does not have time to fiddle with this internet stuff, I type her website for her and you can read it if you want to. If you don't, she truly does not give a big bear's butt.
A lot of what I post here has to do with local politics, but you probably have the same folks in your local government.

Welcome back! I have never considered you mean, and that is the problem–most of the Dems I know aren’t …they see more than one side of things and are helpers…not so (in my limited experience) across the aisle.
1So it’s time for all of us to get mean and in your face ( Jan Brewer’s finger–yech!) because the other side is moving the line every time we compromise. In that favorite movie of mine about aliens, Bill Pullman mind joins with the alien to try and “understand” what the alien wants. He comes out screaming because they want us dead. It’s hard to not see parallels when the crazy guns people scream how they are going to take their country back by force. Get hard, get mean, and I’m glad you are back.
I believe I speak for a vast number of folks when I say, “Welcome back — we missed you.”

3My sympathies for the computer thingie. Had the same thing happen to mine, all because I cleaned up the basement and moved a few things around. The Verizon box did not like what I did and ate my e-mail. The technician they sent to fix the problem turned out to be dyslexic and the codes he left me were scrambled! Doncha just luv it!
4Welcome back Big Kahuna. We been entertaining ourownselves at the GOP-merts expense.
