Hush Now, Keep This A Secret, Okay?

June 26, 2020 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Oh y’all, the Iowa Republican Party just revealed to the whole world the bank account numbers for the Republican National Committee.

I’ll let you see, but please don’t tell anybody.

Here’s a screenshot in case they take it down.  You can see it and save it to your computer but for pete’s sake, keep it secret.

Thanks to Alfredo over at the Dairy Queen for the heads up.  You can tell him, but that’s all. Nobody else.

One wonders how many of their donors had their financial information handled with equal care. Ah, well – at least the Republicans aren’t connected to Russian hackers…

  3. Republicans in the Trump Administration have been so busy filing lawsuits against books they say contain classified information, you would think the bunch of them would be more careful with their private information.

Ah well… there’s only so many hours in a day, and not that many working hours with Fox News watching a priority.

  4. You are doing an amazing job at Antifa World Headquarters. With those numbers you can now you can transfer all their funds to our secret bank accounts and pay George Soros back the millions he has given us. Meanwhile, when I was volunteering at a our local Antifa office, located above the First National Bank downtown, I was shown evidence that tRump’s KOFEVE tweet was actually a message announcing the development of the KOFEVED virus, now known as COVID-19. Spread the word, KOFEVED-19 is made out of people!

Donald John Trump is obviously a super-spreader of the STUPD-20 virus. The entire Republican party has caught it from him. May they all succumb by November.

  6. Wally, at 4. Your so right, KOFEVED-19 is made out of people. They have red hats (MAGA) and no masks.

If your last sentence was a Soylent Green reference then there’s only one thing to say IMHO.

With any sane bank, having the account number does no good. It might let you deposit money into the account, but it won’t allow getting money out. In most of the world, that’s how business is done, and transactions are paid, by direct deposit into bank accounts. Sort of like black holes, money can be put in, but can’t be taken out without the proper passwords and (usually) two-factor authentication. I have published my bank account numbers on the internet, and have never lost any money. Unfortunately, there have also been no random deposits.

There are any number of things a person could sign up for – for a friend – and give them their bank account number to bill each month.

  10. I wish my morals would allow me to take advantage of this, but then I would be a Republican.

Try as you might, you cannot get money from a bank account with just the account number. It may be possible to put money into it, but you cannot get a penny out of it without much more information.
