16Liz sent a nice “warning” about witness tampering, directed right at Mr. Clammy Orange, and I hope he gets the message. I am trying to find my happy place now…
17Something the former Oath Keeper said causes me to lose sleep already. He said something like he’s very worried about what his kids and grandkids will face if something doesn’t change with the direction of the far right and their paramilitary followers. I have that same concern.

I have the same concern, although I don’t have any children. I live in AZ and I will be moving from this hellish place some day. The PHX area is crawling with Oath Keepers and others. I live in a very Republican neighborhood with black flags and yard signs that state TFG is still president. I am a Democrat, a non-Christian, retired, college educated female. I worry that one day these militia types will come looking for people like me. I keep a very low profile. I don’t own a metal pea shooter, so my only defense would be to offer them cocktails or get out of Dodge.

“Former President Trump tried to call a witness expected to appear at a future hearing for the House committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said Tuesday, raising further questions about potential witness tampering.”
There’s BOUND to be additional crimes yet to be surfaced.

25Papa, come to New England! The snow really isn’t as bad as people like to gripe about (pre-treating roads means school is hardly ever closed, much to student and teacher dismay). We don’t have fancy rocks or miles of desert and cactus, but we do have peaceful forests and (except this year) rain.

27I this Omicron DeSantis will end up like Perry. Remember when Perry was nearly coronated as the Republican nominee in 2016. Then he opened his mouth and people realized how stupid he was. I think DeSantis balloon will burst pretty quickly. Of course, I am hoping that Trump is the nominee in 2024. And DeSantis has a tough reelection campaign this year.
