Well, I heard that Trump has ordered flags for his upcoming campaign … from China. I’m betting you right now that China is gonna put a tariff on those damn flags that’ll force Trump to make the Department of Energy pay for them.
And Mar-a-Lago is also big on American products and services.
President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club has applied for permission to hire 40 foreign workers to serve as waiters during the winter social season in Palm Beach, Fla., according to data posted Thursday by the Labor Department.
I don’t have a problem with that either, just so long foreign workers at Mar-a-Lago are willing to put their children in cages in El Paso while they work in Florida.
trump has in past years hired foreign worker for his winery. There is a bit of hypocrisy here don’t you think? We have places here that make flags, trump should ( but will never) be ashamed of himself. Probably ( flags) made here by migrant workers because they are low paying jobs I would guess. I have no problem with foreign workers at all, but trump with all his spouting ” America, America”,should only hire Americans.

3Meanwhile the Chesapeake crab fishery is in a slump because they can’t hire enough foreign temp workers to do the meat-picking at the crab houses, a job Americans apparently don’t want to do at a salary the crab houses say they can pay. So your crab meat may be imported. Thanks, Donnie.
4I’m surprised Trump is hiring anyone at Mar-a-Lago. Couldn’t he fill all the positions with “interns?” The children of staunch supporters who wish to pad their college applications with summer work experience job descriptions such as “Executive Room Decor Manager” & “Thesis Research on Whether Carpets (like Nature) Abhor a Vacuum.”
5Texas Expat, there are plenty of skilled waiters in Florida, but not for what trump is willing to pay. Import workers-underpay workers-deport workers has always been his method (see Polish construction workers).
