Here’s How You Know They Know

May 28, 2020 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

It’s becoming more and more obvious that Republican know they are fixing to lose it all.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is publicly urging judges in their mid- to late-60s to consider stepping aside ahead of Election Day to help ensure that their seats could be filled by Republicans.

Yes, please take early retirement so Republicans can appoint the unborn to the positions. They have been screaming about protecting the unborn and those little bastards owe Republicans something.  Drop the law school requirement and we get an extra 25 years of judicial rule.  Hell, why educate Republican judges at all – they can just listen to Rush Limbaugh and he’ll tell them how to rule.

Ya know guys, John McCain kept Lindsey on a short leash.  Poor guy doesn’t even know who he is now.

They know. They do.

You don’t have to have a law degree to be a Supreme Court Justice – pause and think about that!

I think Lindsey should retire, and let someone even more idiotic – it’s South Carolina, there’s got to be somebody like that – and younger take his seat.

But judges just call balls and strikes, right?

@ Wyatt_Earl: Jaime Harrison is the Democratic candidate running against Lindsey Graham in South Carolina. Anybody who would like to see him win can donate to him through ActBlue. Every dollar helps.

Why Trump might have already cost himself the crucial state of Florida
Edit: No Republican in 95 years has won a presidential election without winning Florida. But two recent developments should have Florida Republicans uneasy about the state’s role in the upcoming election.

First, a poll released last week by Florida Atlantic University shows President Donald Trump trailing Joe Biden by six percentage points, 47 percent to 53 percent, from May 8-12. This drop is a sharp reversal from the March FAU poll that had Trump ahead by two percent.
Other polls earlier in the year—Fox and Quinnipiac—had Biden either defeating Trump by a narrow margin, or found the two in a virtual tie.

Second, this week a federal judge upheld the right to vote for most convicted felons, even if they had not paid their fines. Judge Robert L. Hinkle called the restrictions issued by Florida’s GOP controlled government a poll “tax” and “pay-to-vote” scheme. Republican Governor and Trump Ally Ron DeSantis plans to appeal. There is no question about his motives: Black and Latino voters traditionally support a Democratic nominee and also happen to be the majority of Florida’s returning citizens. full article:

  8. I would say that Bush never won Florida. His brother had really try to do everything possible to make him President.

“The studies also show that Gore likely would have won a statewide recount of all undervotes and overvotes, which are ballots that included multiple votes for president and were thus not counted at all. However, his legal team never pursued this action.”

I guess Ms. Lindsey didn’t get the memo that a federal judge wants an investigation of Moscow Mitch (https://www.nytimes.com/2020/05/04/us/politics/senate-confirmation-justin-walker.html) over his arm-twisting to get a federal judge to retire to make room for his young protege who has never tried a case and was deemed unqualified by the American Bar Assn. I guess putting another empty suit on the courts is more important than honor and country. Oh, hell, what am I saying? There’s no guess-work involved, those sumbitches are doing it brazenly and bragging about it, every damn day.
