“It sounds like Mr. Bright really hasn’t been paying much attention at all. In fact, when he talks about the pandemic playbook, we actually put into place a pandemic preparedness document with recommendations long before the pandemic ever came. It sounds like he hasn’t been paying attention when he suggests that Americans should social distance and wash their hands. These are all things we’ve said millions of times,” she said during an appearance on Fox News.
Where is this document? Why haven’t we seen it? Trump said there wasn’t one. Is he lying? Are his lips moving?

Reply of Nagin/NOLA/Katrina scenario…
Just before Nagin was elected, a La. regional plan was set up for hurricane preparedness. It was a day-by-day plan, showing what was to be done x-number of days before project landfall through to y-number of days after a hurricane hit. Nagin would have nothing to do with it as the plan came from the prior administration.
Not only that, Nagin also backed out of promised infrastructure improvements — including emergency communications and networks. Then, like Trump, he panicked and blamed everyone but himself for lack of preparedness and execution.
Just after the storm hit, he & city council still didn’t follow the after-the-storm-hits part of the plan. It wasn’t until local newspapers sent folks out to explore (some on foot & bike) and reported back that they (gov’t) even found out the levees had broken.

11These people are so transparent it’s amazing there’s any images of them on TV at all. They’re like little kids, caught in a lie, pointing fingers, dog ate my homework, etc. It’s disgusting. Personal responsibility to them means blame someone else. Not me! they cry.
