Even New Zealand Children are Laughing at Us
New Zealand Air’s new Christmas commercial is cute and depressing all at the same time. It has the Santa’s naughty list theme, where a kid in New Zealand accidentally receives an email showing him on the naughty list. He decides to convene a worldwide summit of naughty kids to resolve to get on the nice list. Of course, the kid from the US is a narcissistic little shit in a MAGA cap who, using Trump’s own words makes a laughingstock of himself, which fits perfectly into our global image courtesy of His Orangeness. It’s pretty humiliating, so here you go:

Master class.
1He even wore the red tie and shoved through people ahead of him.
2@Cheryl: Yeah, I notice that, too.
This was actually milder than I was expecting. We’ve known that we are the world’s laughing stock ever since the Orange Moron was elected. Now, world leaders leaders all know that he can be played like a cheap windup toy and there isn’t a lot we can do about it until 2020.
Is New Zealand accepting us as immigrants? Asking for a friend.
3And by the end of the video, after representatives of naughty children from around the earth offered solutions for a nicer Christmas, only one did nothing…
Well perhaps not nothing, he did lie.
4It’s still on sale for CyberMonday,

Says “Sorry about our President” in 14 languages including ASL. I’d like it to also say “Most of us didn’t vote for the scumbag” on the back.
5Bloody embarrassing.
And, no, most of us wouldn’t qualify to emigrate to New Zealand – you have to be young, in good health, with either a needed skill or $11-million to invest in NZ.
6Sigh. I planned to visit NZ when I went to Oz in 1987. I intended to hike down the west coast of the South Island. Instead, I spent all my money diving the Great Barrier Reef. While there, I saw Supernova 1987a, but I’m sorry I missed NZ. And now, I’m broke and don’t know when, if ever, I’ll get to travel again.
7Zyxomma, NZ will still be around. You will never get to see the Great Barrier Reef again like it was back then.
