Check Your Clock

Okay at 8:08 Texas Time, Trump said there should be an end to partisanship while we were in this crisis.

So the timing starts here.  How long can Trump keep his own call?

I’m betting not long.

By the way, why the UK exception?  There are a dozen counties with fewer cases of the disease  than the UK. However, they are white.

As long as that partisanship doesn’t interfere with spending billions of taxpayer’s money, emolument rape, revenge on people who testified against him, destroying the republic in a suicide pact with his theocratic Orc armies, so on and so forth.

  2. Inane.
Boris Johnson a fellow whack job with equally inane policy and general bumper sticker logic.
What about N. Ireland v. Ireland with EU membership?
So is it based upon passports or where the flight originates, or what..?
if it is by passport what of Brit’s on the continent? I believe relatively open borders still exist so if no passport control, visaas on brits living on the continent can just take a ferry and ta da they can come to US.
If by flight origination well same issue with N. I. airports adding flights.

IQ4.5* has a thing with the EU after Chancellor Merkel and President Macron hurt his* fee fees. Whereas “Exit Brexit” floats his* golf grifting delusions. All part of Donnie’s* unconditional love for himself*.

Sorry about your luck Dimwit, Jr., Ivodka and Err-ick. Daddy* is stilling sending you a-grift to dubious ports. Your second clue will be when your Secret Service detail refuses to board the plane with you.

We need to set aside petty politics and join together to fight the coronavirus, even though Dems probably won’t.

  5. How about a campfire on the Capitol Mall, Donnie? Where Senators & Representatives gather around and sing Kumbaya?
    Everyone gets toasted marshmallows…

… and then you open your mouth.

  7. Suzanne Melton @4:
Leave it to someone with the moniker “Red State Rustler” to say, “set aside petty politics” and invoke petty politics in the same sentence.

    Gotta love it.

  8. Damn. How did that thing post when I didn’t tell it to???

Cuz I had more to say:
Trump may believe the UK is lily white but he’s wrong. Surprise, surprise.
When “Hamilton” went there, they had no trouble at all recruiting a multiracial cast. Just sayin.

I’m sure color WAS his motivator when he chose which countries he would allow in but — if he wanted white, he would have done better to choose Norway or Sweden.

Though I don’t know it for sure, I’m betting they probably have lower instances of corona, too. Their medical care is certainly better than ours — probably better than the UK’s, ftm.

  9. Why the UK exception?
Two words, Trump Turnberry. Gotta keep those golf options open.

IMHO, it’s because Boris Johnson is vlad the puppet impaler’s second most favorite sheath.
    Sorry momma.

  11. The UK isn’t white, though Johnson is trump’s favorite mini-me. The latter is probably what’s operating here.

  12. From what I saw on Twitter, seems he lost no time in going after Nancy Pelosi already this morning.

I think his idea of unity is quieting any opposition.

twocrows @7: The Red State Rustler is a Facebook satire page.

He usually channels Republicans, in this case, Trump.

UK (and Ireland) are obviously excused the ban – ‘cos they have Trump hotels and golf courses.
