Donald Trump has turned his attention to Hillary Clinton.  His complaint about her?  She’s low energy.

Donald J. Trump has, over the last few days, been road-testing a new criticism of Hillary Rodham Clinton — that she is too low-energy to be president.

After using that line of argument to great effect throughout the year against Jeb Bush, the former governor of Florida, Mr. Trump has begun to question whether Mrs. Clinton has the “stamina” to be president.

Did he not see the Benghazi hearings?

If Donald Trump is high energy then there’s a real fine line between high energy and raving maniac.

Okay, I know I promised that all of you who donated to the Texas Ballot by Mail program that I would send you an email thanking you.

Well, my Momma raised me better than that and Lord knows she reminded me of it, too.  All of you got thank you notes.  And there’s a lot of you.  Momma is horrified but I used mail labels on the envelopes.  However, the notes are handwritten.

I mailed them as I finished writing them and I’m still working at it so if you haven’t gotten your note yet, just hold on.  It’s coming.

All totaled there was about 125 of you.  I am honored to call you friend.

We raised enough to cover more counties than ever before.  With those who sent checks, you guys raised about $7,500 to insure that seniors in Texas get ballot by mail applications That’s good for the entire year.

I know Alfredo over at the Dairy Queen told you that the worse report filed at the Federal Election Commission was Ben Carson’s Oct. 15th financial report, but wait just a damn minute.

Ted Cruz beat that with one brain tied behind his back!

Take a look at this whopper.  A 35 page letter outlining mistakes / omissions / outright lies from Td Cruz’s latest filing.

There’s some interesting names in this report, but the best one for me is #1 on the first page of the attachment – The Andy Meyers Campaign.  I am fairly certain that Andy would give Ted his kidney and his firstborn just for a little attention.

The First Baptist Church of Dallas and its pastor Robert Jeffress know all about satan.  But mostly they know that satan inspired Islam.

No crap, y’all.

If you think for one minute that these preachers aren’t trying to start a holy war, consider this —

In his sermon, Jeffress said, “I believe it is time for us to lay aside political correctness and identify the belief system that is responsible for these horrific acts, and that is the evil, evil religion of radical Islam.”

And he was decisive in his call for a military response to such terrorism: “It is time to start bombing the you-know-what out of ISIS,” he said. “That is a biblical response.”

Jeffress believes that individual Christians should forgive but that government shouldn’t.  Christians should turn the other cheek but government shouldn’t.  Yeah, because now we’re not a Christian government founded on Christianity like we were last month.

And in totally unrelated news in nearby Irving, Texas:

About a dozen protesters — most carrying long guns, some masked and one with his mother — lined up outside an Irving mosque on Saturday. They had come from as far away as Hunt County to the green-domed complex. To “Stop the Islamization of America,” as the mother’s hand-drawn sign urged.

Poor Jeb! Bush.  Bless his heart, he thinks he’s running against Barack Obama in 2016.

Jeb! is sponsoring the “2016 American Priorities Survey.”  It is only a survey in the sense that he asks you to pick the Numero Uno reason you hate, hate, hate President Obama.

Does he remember that he has a brother? Who was once President?

Okay, so Donald Trump held a rally and a black guy hollered, “Black lives matter.”

But apparently not, because the guy got mauled and kicked.

CNN has the video.

This happened after Trump ordered, “Get him the hell out of here, will you, please?”

Now seeing what happened with the man getting kicked and choked, normal people would say, “Oh hell no, that’s not what I meant.”

It will come as no shock to you that Donald Trump is not normal people.

In an interview on Sunday morning on “Fox and Friends,” Trump said, “Maybe [the man] should have been roughed up.”

Southall “was so obnoxious and so loud, he was screaming. I had 10,000 people in the room yesterday, 10,000 people, and this guy started screaming by himself and they — I don’t know, rough up, he should have been — maybe he should have been roughed up because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing,” Trump said, according to a transcript of the interview.

He does know that if he’s elected President he can’t have people who disagree with him “roughed up,” right?

Or maybe he can.  I dunno.
