Bring the Man Some Damn Ham and Waffles!

By now you’ve seen this ….

But did you see Sarah Huckybooboo Sander’s explanation of the expression on John Kelly’s face?

Oh, I am so sure that was the problem.  Those continental breakfasts are such a ripoff.

  1. John Kelly has had plenty of experience dealing with work arounds in the White House. If a light breakfast were really the problem, he’d have asked for a second pastry.

(And wished he could stuff it up Trump’s mouth. All in one go.)

  2. Jane & PKM says:

What was seen of Donnie was regurgitate inducing and worse. What he said was seriously cause for 25th Amendment remedy. Without being a doctor, it was obvious to me that the man who was never fit to serve has become a threat to our democracy and world peace/order. If the snacilbupeR in Congress cannot or will not take action, there are two solutions: the vote or the streets.

    2
  3. Jane & PKM, there’s always the Second Amendment solution, recommended by Donnie himself….

    3
  4. @Jane & PKM,

Since Kelly seems like he isn’t going anywhere, I’m hopeful that he may be the voice of sanity and reason. If Rumpie’s intestines throttle his brain, at least Kelly might take him down before he presses the button.

  5. Jane & PKM says:

Rick, jack-off Kelly has read and committed to the same US Constitution and UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) as the rest of us who served. He SWORE to both when he was commissioned. He is an embarrassment to the uniform he wore and the documents upon he which swore his oath.

Good grief. The retraction by Mickey Flynn’s lawyers about his new adventure into international crime should be staggering. That the Mueller Team is not ready to sentence him speaks volumes. The question remains, can Flynn deliver on Donnie, or should Flynn go to trial absent the goods.

    5
  6. Jane & PKM says:

Rhea, while most of us would prefer a 14th Amendment process to crime, like you I would not rule out a 2nd Amendment solution , if/when Congress fails. But that is on the ‘honor’ of Kelly and those who recognize the danger Dotard45 and his maladministration present.

    6
  7. Jane & PKM says:

Papa, while appreciating your optimism, jack-off Kelly after his performance at Homeland Security cannot even be relied upon to do the honorable thing of falling on his own sword. Not to absolve Donnie, Azur, Nielson, and others of their roles in this mess, as a veteran, I wish I could expect more of those who swore to defend.

    7
  8. Maymoon says:

I think Kelly was just looking around for the nearest exit. Aren’t we all?

    8
  9. Jane & PKM says:

Maymoon, was honestly hoping one of the US contingent or a NATO ally was looking for something more substantial, like perhaps a waffle iron, to put an end to Donnie’s absurd rant.

    9
  10. Jonathon Hubbert says:

Is that Kay Bailey Hutchison between trumplthinskin & Kelly? If not she is is rather good imitation!

    10
  11. Juanita Jean Herownself says:

Good eye! Yes, it is. She is the ambassador to NATO and shame on her to give Trump legitimacy.

    11
  12. slipstream says:

I don’t understand. Nobody had a roll of duct tape?

    12
  13. Ted in Austin says:

Jonathon Hubbert, damn, the first thing I said upon seeing this was, “isn’t that KBH? What the hell is she doing in this trainwreck?” And, thanks to JJ, now I know. But I still don’t understand at all how she would demean herself to have anything to do with this maladministration. Mayhaps she came down with severe dementia during the Obama years?

    13
  14. Okay, I must be missing something. The Golgothan keeps comparing the percentage of GDP countries spend on defense. Is that all defense, or defense of NATO countries? I ask because America spends money all over the world on defense that most NATO countries have nothing to do with. If France and Germany were to start paying the same percentage of GDP as us, wouldn’t they be within their rights to demand access to our military bases in the Pacific?

    14
  15. I was in a hurry. Lemme esplain. No, is too much. Lemme sum up.
My understanding is that NATO’s reason for being is about protecting democracy in western Europe, keeping Russia and the spread of totalitarianism out.
    Got it.
Our partners in western Europe should shoulder the burden commensurately, at least to some degree.
But America acts as the world leader globally. In places a lot of NATO members have nothing to do with. And in my admittedly ignorant opinion, I can’t help but believe that the extra money we pay for defense (military) in parts of the world that most NATO members never visit, benefits America somehow, without benefiting Albania, Belgium, Latvia, or even Norway.
    So.
If they pay the same percentage of GDP (which 4% is actually higher than we pay [no sh*t, look it up])
Why don’t they benefit from our alliance in matters worldwide, versus just locally.
Maybe they do and I’ve just made some dumbass assumptions.
    Wouldn’t be the first time.

    15
  16. So in other words, how much of the percentage of GDP for Japan and South Korea will be dedicated to the defense of Estonia?

    16
  17. Marcia in CO says:

I agree with Rhea’s 2nd Amendment suggestion for Trump and his battalion of Bobbleheads. Somewhere there is an appropriate wall in front of which to line them all up!
    Tell them all to smile!

    17
  18. maryelle says:

Republicans have been whining about Democrats’ lack of civility,
but here is your prime example of Patient Zero. The incredible arrogance of this imbecile is matched only by his hyper aggressive attack on our allies. Rather than the 2nd amendment solution, any spare novichok lying around in England?

    18
  19. Didn’t some R’s on the Hill suddenly whip up something close to a law as a result of the Golden Gibbon’s behavior? Just tell me I’m not dreaming!

    19
  20. Jane & PKM says:

maggie, it was an amendment offered by Sen. Jack Reed (D-RI). But it was amazing that old *itch allowed a vote on the measure. Probably because it wasn’t even “close to a law,” just a non-binding resolution. That will allow the snacilbupeR cover with Dotard45. Allegedly the House was to do something similar today, but it’s doubtful Lyin’ Ryan has the spine for even a token gesture.

    20
  21. I hate to be vulgar but,
Listening to Trump makes me nauseous so I watched with the sound off and the question of Kelly’s ‘displeasure’ became joyfully obvious.
Right before Kelly’s wince, the women between him and Trump looked placid.. and then farted!
it looks like she raised her cheek, did it again, and was quite pleased with herself as she keep intermittently smiling at Kelly’s expense.

    21
  22. Lisbeth Echeandia says:

It seems there are still people who believe England is part of Europe. It isn’t – not in the mind of the English anyway. It is unlikely that anyone would serve an English breakfast – bacon and eggs and all that – in Brussels. Unless it’s at an ‘English’ event. Certainly wouldn’t be ‘ham’ anyway. Sarah Sanders needs to get out more or watch more British TV.

    22
  23. easttxdem says:

The way Kelly is shifting from cheek to cheek, it looks to me as if he forgot to bring his hemorrhoid cushion with him.

    23
  24. Jane & PKM says:

easttxdem, there’s that and a whole load of discomfort on those surrounding Dotard45. fwiw My read on the exchange of glances between Pompeo and Kelly is: “is this where we do our jobs and drop a butterfly net the crazy mofo*.”

*Article 25 in more polite parlance.

My happy thought for the day is that those around Donnie remove him before Team Mueller does, averting a constitutional crisis and the damage Donnie will do as we await the November elections. Patrick Henry: “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their party.”

    24
  25. Jane & PKM says:

Lisbeth Echeandia, it’s so ironic, eh? Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg in an attempt at graciousness apparently arranged the American version of a continental breakfast, pastries only. A European frühstück includes a generous selection of pastries, cheeses, breads, meats (coldcuts to the likes of Pompeo and Kelly) and frequently boiled eggs.

Kelly obviously lived a pampered time in the military, if he ever indeed served. Otherwise he would have been grateful not only with the honor to American custom Sec Gen Stoltenberg provided at the breakfast, he would have been thanking his lucky stars that baluts were not the egg of the day. Not only was our Russian candidate sent to Brussels, I am beginning to suspect that Kelly never served in the military.

    25
  26. Lunargent says:

Don’t blame Kelly for Sarah’s lie. It’s so lame, and makes him sound so petty. Only a MAGAt would give it any credence.

I think he was sitting there, realizing yet again that after a lifetime of service, his public career is ending in aiding the ruination of his country and the entire Western world. And his efforts to control and guide his Commander in Chief have all amounted to a fart in the wind.

Also, don’t bet on Kelly being around much longer. Rumor has it that Trump will be counting on the odious Mr. Shine to do the firing.
