2Oh how I wish we could link him in a conspiracy with the Old Pretender and Roger Stone regarding January 6th, then send them to an unairconditioned Texas prison with no TV, Wi-Fi or phones!

4I guess washing his hair, shaving and getting all gussied up for court didn’t sway the jury. Well deserved. Damn I hope he spends time in an orange jumpsuit. It’s his favorite color after all.
5Good start, but the real test is in the sentencing. I heard the maximum was 1 year for each count. So a possible 2 year sentence for Bannon. “Make it so,” as Picard says.
Until their actions have real consequences, reactionaries like him will just continue along their usual paths. Accountability and consequences must happen or these types will never stop their efforts.
6To bad it won’t be fice or ten years. But if Bannon goes to prison for two years, then make sure it’s the whole two years. No special deals for good behavior. Maybe his cell-mates will make him feel welcomed in a most special way…

8Why is sentencing in Oct? Our justice system is a damn mess.
He looks like a drug dealer to me – he will probably have connections in the pokey. Once they hose him down he will probably weigh about 5 pounds less.
9A maximum of two years… but a minimum of two months, unless his appeal succeeds, which seems unlikely.
10Nichols doesn’t seem to like taking crap in his courtroom: even though he is a Trump appointee, I suspect Bannon is going to get significantly more than two months.
His attorney swers they are going to appeal and going to win because the Trump appinte4d judge used a precefdernt fgtom 1971 in his decision.
