And the Fraudulent Trump Foundation Thing … ?

July 01, 2018 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

That sucker is headed to trial in New York before the midterms and the judge has strongly hinted that Trump will be called to testify.

It’s a goat rodeo.  Honey, you could give a two year old some finger-paints and make far less mess than the Trump Foundation, even if you were having the two year old paint on hundred dollar bills.

The New Yorker has a very interesting take on the trial and it appears that the evidence is heavily weighted on the side of the Trump family being a crime syndicate.

On Tuesday, the judge in the case, Saliann Scarpulla, made a series of comments and rulings from the bench that hinted—well, all but screamed—that she believes the Trump family has done some very bad things.

Trump’s lawyers asked the judge to postpone the trial until after the midterms and she … oh dear God, bless her heart … laughed.

During Tuesday’s hearing, the Trump Foundation’s lawyer, Alan Futerfas, asked that the trial not commence in October, because it was so close to the midterms. Judge Scarpulla laughed in response, did not change the trial date, and hinted that she is likely to require the President to testify.

Okay, so I know none of this will change the mind of any Trump supporter. They will believe Trump took the money to give to Jesus in secret.  At best, it will give a boost to Democratic turnout, and we’re gonna need it.

Thanks to Sandy for the heads up.

There’s something cooking that also pertains to your previous post and that is the most prominently talked-about SC appointee thinks Presidents shouldn’t have to deal with personal court cases while they are in office. Takes too much of their time and attention, doncha know. Just another reason for the Senate Dems to throw a spanner in the works before the mid-terms.

Can the State of NY finally get around to busting the Drumpf Syndicate?

Tune in tomorrow, same Bat Time, same Bat Channel…

I’d love to see this go to trial but expect an out of court settlement with no fault admitted, merely saving the expense of a trial he knows he would win. The Noise Machine will then use it as an axample of liberal overreach and hate against one who has given so much, etc blablabla ad nauseum.

Luck might be running out for little Donnie and his crime family. Wrong court; it’s New York County Supreme Court, thus no pardon pen for them. And, hopefully the wrong judge, too. Judge Saliann Scarpulla is not known to suffer fools.

  5. Speaking of Jesus, when Jesus said “suffer the children to come unto me,” Trump hears, “make the children suffer.”

  6. Hopefully, the State of New-York will not allow the slimy Trump crime family to wriggle out of a trial with a settlement. It would be a travesty of justice if, once again, Don the Con and his corrupt spawn are given an easy way out as happened in the case of Trump University. Where’s the justice when criminals are able to buy their way out of trial? For the sake of the nation, they have to be exposed for what they truly are: a bunch of criminals. It’s more important now than ever.

I so agree Marthe but it will end up being settled with out admitting guilt just like the trump University case. I am loving “Don the Con”, you hit it right on the head. Crime family is right! Why does nothing trump does irritate or shame his base or for that matter all Republicans. When will they take a stand against him?

BarbinDC, real presidents put their assets in a blind trust and didn’t involve themselves in family businesses during their terms so they wouldn’t need to deal with court cases, etc., not to mention conflicts of interest. Trump and his spawn see public office as just another opportunity for self-enrichment on a scale that would make Boss Tweed say, “That’s outrageous!” The privilege does not apply to these crooks. Hooray for Judge Scarpulla.

  9. In my neighborhood it has long been considered that the mightiest whack on the Trump he’d would come form a state court. They seem to get to and attend on business much faster.

  10. The best sign at yesterday’s marches had Don the Con’s face on it and the words,
“The only kids that belong in cages are yours.”

    Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

I won’t get my hopes up after seeing what happened with the Dump U. fraud case. He slimed his way out of jail time with a $25mil settlement. Haven’t heard if he actually ever paid up.
I am praying that something big breaks before there is a vote on the SCOTUS. Something so big that the Rethugs will be afraid to be associated with him and his nominee and his arrest would be imminent. Bigger than money laundering, tax evasion, campaign violations, collusion or obstruction. What charge would bring his whole syndicate crashing down? Any ideas?
