And I Am Writing A Book On How To Avoid Typos

May 17, 2012 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

Y’all George W Bush is writing a book.

On economic policy.

Okay, I’ll wait here while you clean off your computer screen.

Lalalalalala .. waiting ….teededededede … waiting.  Okay?

The title of the book is “Strategies for Economic Growth.”

Okay, I’ll wait.  You clean.

Good Lord, just four short years ago, the man couldn’t spell economic and now he is an expert.

His quote of the year?

As he spoke about his Freedom Collection, he said, “I actually found my freedom by leaving Washington.”

Dude, we all did when you left.  We all did.

Be social and share!

  1. I believe you will find it shelved in the humor and satire section.

  2. What a coincidence, Goerge…since you left office, we feel “free” too!

  3. Elise Von Holten says:

Bush Economics–just leave off most of the debt from the books..
Heck, If I didn’t pay my bills or mention them, my spread sheet would look good, too!
Wonder if their is a chapter on Mitten’s vulture capitalism, the GOP’s answer of how to get ALL the money to the top while the rest of us starve!
Set to music-it’s Sweeney Todd, the “mad barber” of Wall Street, or “tapped out”, shave and a haircut, two-bits, and the poor can be made into meat pies…

  4. Sort of like a book on parenting….by Sarah Palin, dontchaya think? (wink wink)

  5. Best line I have heard so far: “[E]very mention of “Bush” and “book,” sans the word “coloring,” represents a full employment program for comedians.”

    5
  6. The title of the book should be Strategeries for Economic Growth.

  8. I believe that near CIA HQ is a sign that says “George Bush Center for Intelligence.” It was named after Papa Bush, who was once head of the CIA, but it does cause comment, e.g. “What’s next, the Stevie Wonder School of Driving?”

  9. SomedayGirl says:

You missed one, Susan – I was doing a spit-take at the first line. Hell, even if you had said he was READING a book…

  12. When it comes to economics, duh-W is certainly an xspurt.

    12
  13. Bob the cat brought the plight of the homeless to George W Bush’s attention, Bob getting an invite into the former president’s house in Dallas and all. Maybe there’s another as yet unannounced new cat in the family that Mr Bush uses to help pick stocks when he does a little on-line trading. Hence the new economic insight.

    13
  14. And soon to be followed by “How I got Bin Laden.”

    14
  15. Rick Stelter says:

Well I certainly hope it comes with one of those little boxes of four crayons!

    15
  16. TexasEllen says:

    16
  17. Lyntilla says:

Wouldn’t the book just say “do the opposite of what I did”?
