Alex Jones Update

April 04, 2019 By: Juanita Jean Herownself Category: Uncategorized

And Alex Jones loses again. There was a hearing in Austin last Wednesday that I can now tell you about.

The Jones legal team appeared in court to answer a sanction request by the lawyers suing him.  They asked that the Jones lawyers be sanctioned by the court for not complying with discovery.  In normal people terms, that means Jones refused to turn over court-ordered documents in a timely manner.

The court approved the sanctions and fined the Jones lawyers $8,100 to pay for Little Bubba’s time in preparing the motion.  Best I can figure, sometimes in lawyering, you have to beat them over the head with every stick you’ve got.

  1. AJ and his lawyers could use a severe whomping with the clue-by-four.

  2. I am so proud of your son I could just plotz. Well done!

As long as Little Bubba is being paid to make Jones unable to profit from his heinous actions, and perhaps reverse some of the toxic sludge he released, I’m good…

Congratulations to Little Bubba (and perdition to Alex Jones)!

Some may not have seen this yet. Dueling videos. It goes on and on…

Alex Jones gets laughed at and kicked out of a Texas restaurant.

  7. And Jones is not sick he just evil. As long as he keeps losing, legally and financially, the better. Once he is totally denuded of all that protects him, he knows he is buzzard bait. And he ain’t liking it one bit!

  8. $8,100 seems like such a small amount of money in exchange for all the good it does. Are more Normal People v. Alex Jones, The Alex Jones Show, Genesis Communications, Infowars.com etc suits anticipated? I’d support THAT gofundme.

  9. Good on L.B.
I read that transcript of the whole damn deposition last week (with a few short breaks to control my guffaws). L.B. Is clearly the result of genetics in action! A smart and articulate kid to be proud of.

  10. good. next time (and I guarantee there will be a next time), I hope the judge doubles the fine, and continues doubling it, until Mr. Jones has nothing left. throw the occasional contempt charge at his attorneys on top of the fines, and he’ll either start responding to Discovery, or lose his lawyers. unless they’re really, really stupid, they don’t want to kill their professional careers on top of Mt. Jones.

  11. Judgements are nice but cash is nicer.
So question becomes will they ever pay up?
So many other fines against rich and connected have been ignored with no serious sanctions or penalties.
Nowe if they were a poor peron of color they woul be held in the hoosegow until payment was made.
But no they are still walking free and allowed to practice law.
Now if judge had suspended their license to practice law until penalty was paid in full.
After all these hacks sound like member of the next group of incompetents that dmented donnie and mitch are flooding the judiciary with so bet collect before the senate puts them on the bench.

Ivan hear the old cartoon characters Audie Doggy and Doggy Daddy “ That’s my boy” catchphrase now.

Amazing how often arrogant lawyers get hit with discovery sanctions.

  13. Jones deserves one of those overworked public defenders (if I’ve got that right) who meets the client on the day of the trial and can give them only about twenty minutes, if that, before walking into the courtroom. I said one.

Keep up the good work, Little Bubba!

JJ, read in the Austin Statesman that Jones’ new lawyer was taking a different tack, now phrasing it as a First Amendment Freedom of the Press case, intending on taking it all the way to the Supreme Court. Oh yuck – if it gets that far, we know how the all the Rs on the Court will vote! What does your son think about this new attack by that nasty SOB, Alex Jones?

    14
  15. Juanita Jean Herownself says:

Well, Georgie Porgie, just because you take something to the Supremes doesn’t mean they will open the door and let you in. Jones is so wacky and crass that I personally think the court wouldn’t touch it. But if they do, Little Bubba is just a little ole country lawyer who eats mean people and bullies for lunch and then belches very loudly. He ain’t scared of no California lawyer from El Lay who polishes his shoes just a little too shiny.

The concern is not that Little Bubba would not win on facts and reason while eating the oppositions lawyers lunch but rather the hacks on the supreme court will obey their political and financial masters.
hard to win in a game thats fixed and prejudged,

Congratulations to Little Bubba! Well done! Can’t wait to see what he discovers!

I read the whole transcript and boy oh boy I am so proud to know of Little Bubba. He made hash of the bad guys and their disgusting client. I never realized that the deposed jackass was from Texas until I read all this. You raised one wonderful son and if I may say so he got a lot of his brains from his mama.
