Impeachment is Too Good For Kavanaugh. He Needs To Be Slapped In The Face With A … Well, You Know What.
So, come to find out, Brett Kavanaugh, who, by the way, likes beer, lied during his confirmation hearing. Apparently, he has to be mean, loud, aggressive, and make awful faces when he lies.
Do you know who else lied under oath? Bill Clinton. And he got impeached for it. So we shall see who is above the law.
Also come to find out, the FBI isn’t exactly Sherlock Holmes when it comes to investigating people Trump likes. Hell, in this case, they weren’t even Nancy Drew.
The FBI chose to ignore corroborating evidence from dozens of witnesses. Yet they claim they did a 10 month investigation.
Scariest of all, of course, was Trump’s tweeting.
In the first tweet, he misspelled libel, calling it liable. Suggesting that the Justice Department should come to Kavanaugh’s rescue is one more example of the imperial presidency.
Trump simply does not understand government, much less democracy. And he’s scaring the crap outta me.
And we’re moved in and I love my new house. I live here with Bubba and boxes. Lotsa boxes.
Yea to the move – boxes could be a new decor statement! As to Kavanaugh, what a certified jerk. Amy Klobuchar called his Senate hearing a sham; I wonder if we can handle another 1 1/2 years of Trump? And he’ll be here over the weekend at NRG stadium for the Howdy Modi show. Really, that’s what it’s called! There will be more BS to remove after that event than after the rodeo!
1Yet another black mark against Susan Collins, who has to be the most gullible person in the senate for believing this guy.
2Bring on the lawsuit ;-]. The discovery should be enlightening.
His hearing showed all of us he was a teenaged drunken party boy who never grew up. Just what we need on the SCOTUS.
3Yeah well, we kind of figured all that out back when Kavanaugh was screaming and slobbering and declaring his love for beer, didn’t we?
Funny how the guvmint just keeps trying to put one over on the people, and failing, and getting to do what it wants to anyway — in this thing it calls a democracy in the GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!
Yeah, funny how that works.
Congrats on surviving the move, so far, JJ.
I may have mentioned this before. If so, apologies. If not, it’s a suggestion:
Recently, I moved 3 times in 3 1/2 years. Yes, that is the time known, locally, as the years from hell.
After I was pretty much all packed for the final move, I discovered a company that packs and unpacks for you. I hired them to unpack the final time and it was the best decision of my life.
Now, this may be a local phenomenon here in St. Pete, FL that’s so full of oldsters it’s known as God’s Waiting Room – but if you’ve got an outfit like that where you live, I’ll bet you won’t be sorry if you use them.
Just sayin.
4Combover Crime Lord’s latest tweet sounds too literate for him. I wonder who wrote it. Whoever did it has the same funny ideas about capitalization, though.
5Propinquity does make for the strangest bedfellows.
Starring: DOJ, Brett Kavanaugh, Bill Barr, Omarosa Manigault and an unknown group of actors who wish to remain anonymous.
Edit:
The DOJ is suing Omarosa for violating the same law Brett Kavanaugh is accused of violating: Ex-White House ethics chief.
On Monday, former Office of Government Ethics Director Walter Shaub noted a massive double standard at the Justice Department, pointing out that government attorneys are suing Omarosa Manigault Newman for financial disclosure violations — while giving a free pass to Brett Kavanaugh, who is accused of even more serious financial disclosure violations.
Omarosa, a former reality TV star who briefly worked as a White House staffer, was sued in June over a missing disclosure report.
Kavanaugh, meanwhile, has never given a clear answer on who paid off his mortgage, and his estimated $60,000-200,000 credit card debt from baseball tickets — which apart from being a potential violation of the exact same ethics rules, raises questions about whether his benefactors have business before the Supreme Court.
In fact, noted Shaub, not only is the DOJ not pursuing that allegation, Attorney General Bill Barr is giving the DOJ employees who helped fast-track Kavanaugh through Supreme Court confirmation hearings a prestigious award, usually reserved for prosecutors who take down terrorists and mob bosses:
Of course this scandal filled administration would not be complete without returning to this evergreen tune by randy rainbow.
– Omarosa!

6BFSMan@5:
I’ve been told that some white house drones do post for Trump, but try carefully to make spelling mistakes and sprinkle in capital letters randomly to make it seem more like Trump’s emissions. But a clear thought legibly expressed is always a dead giveaway that Trump was not involved.
Moving: if you have lots of boxes left, consider handing them off to students in May, or maybe donate them to your local farmer’s market. It’s slightly better than dumping them into recycling bins.
7Trump nominated him; Trump shepherded that nomination through the confirmation process; Trump instructed the FBI to not investigate anything he didn’t want to hear about.
Trump has NOTHING of consequence to say, about any of the fallout.
8Brett Kavanaugh may be a sad human being, but he is a good enough lawyer to know that he should not file a libel suit. Since you can’t be libeled by statements that are true, Kavanaugh knows he doesn’t have a case.
