Louie Time!
I swear to gosh that Louie Gohmert could not roll a ball down a steep hill.
He’s dumber than bean dip and he would not be mentally stable even if you mounted him on a tripod.
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) said this week that President Barack Obama was more worried about climate change than ISIS and Ebola, and he was allowing infected people to sneak into the county because he wanted everyone to “feel included.”
What?
Is that supposed to be some sort of new age thing?
Louie, the guy who just died of ebola did not sneak into this country. He flew in on an airplane, legally. Barack Obama did not send him an invitation or sneaking orders.
Last night in America, more people died of gunshot wounds than died from Isis or ebola combined. What are you gonna do about that, Louie?
Thanks to Monty for the heads up.
However did AG Holder resist the temptation to take a laser light toy to those Congressional hearing? Loopy Louie and his asparagus would have been leaping all over the room.
1Frankly I think President Obama should be more worried about climate change than about ISIS or Ebola, because neither of the last two are going to have much impact a thousand years from now, but Louie’s blowing it out his [behind] as usual.
I’d like to hear Louie explain how letting Ebola-infected people sneak into the country would let everyone feel included, but I’m afraid that any attempt to follow his line of argument would turn my brain to guacamole.
2Personally I have no doubt that Louie could do it: http://blogs.scientificamerican.com/guest-blog/files/2012/08/Dung-beetle.jpeg
3Good Grief.
Let’s put Louie in a breadbox and see how long it takes him to find his way out.
4Gun shot wounds? So what? They don’t count. After all, we’re murices!
5muricans! damn computer doesn’t hold the bleeping little particles!
6Louie The Louse must have his very own stupid mine back there in East Texas, he keeps hauling up those big nuggets of unalloyed stupid
7Lorraine in Spring, round garbage receptacles were made for Loopy Louie. Place him in one with instructions to pee in the corner. We can take bets on whether he explodes first or faints from dizziness with all proceeds going to turn Texas Blue.
8Louie, Louie. You represent the state that sent the first Ebola victim home from the hospital, misdiagnosed. You should be hanging your head in shame you are not protecting the people you represent.
That is how it spreads. So please, no talking about people getting infected.
600,000 people will die from heart disease this year and 36,000 will die from flu.
Little bit more worried about the flu then Ebola at this point, flu is already here. Maybe even at my local Target. Got my flu shot this am.
I am prepared.
Louie
9Is Louie included in ‘sentient beings’?
10LynnN, loved the reference to the dung beetle with regard to Gohmert’s potential. It will now forever flash into my mind every time i hear about or see that congressrat.
11@PKM As long as they’re clear so we can point & laugh, I’m in!
12The only reason the GOP allows Louie Gohmert to hand around is that he makes other Republicans seem sane and smart by comparison.
13No doubt, more people died last night from lack of health insurance than all Americans from ISIS or Ebola – just in Texas alone.
14My fellow JJ’rs. Please permit me to throw this perspective to you-all. Empathetically, I’m with you. I do feel that some commentators are chasing down those well-laidout bunny trails to keep our eyeballs off the real ball.
15gohmert, as I have said before, is not stupid. Do not underestimate him. He is playing to his audience in his district who gave him over 70% of the votes last election.
Again, let me remind you that, IMO, the most dangerous person to the long term security of this country is rupert murdoch. See, Joseph Goebbels. This sob is clever enough to let his minions like ailes, hannity, et all, take the heat. This guy should literally be tarred and feathered for all the destruction and death caused by his propaganda empire.
Van59 – in my humble opinion, bunny trails are what make life worth living.
16Van 59, et al:
17I agree that it is too easy to miss the real stories that effect us because of the constant bright shiny objects, and dull Texas Republicans who block the view.
And, the American media with its corporate ownership and lust for profits over truth – witness the story today about the CIA and Cocaine (thanks Ronnie and Ollie) – is at fault. We should not have to dig so deep to find truth. SO, thanks Van 59, I get it.
