Those Wacky Republicans
Dallas, Texas, has gone Democratic and Republicans are terribly upset about it and I do mean terribly.
The Dallas County Republican Party filed suit to have 128 Democratic candidates removed from the ballot.
The case revolved around the signature of Dallas County Democratic Party Chair Carol Donovan missing from the 128 candidate applications. Texas election code does not require the signature.
On the original lawsuit, however, Dallas County Republican Party Chair Missy Shorey did forget to sign, and a valid signature is required on a lawsuit.
I warned you – they have terribly down pat.
A Republican visiting judge threw out one of the lawsuits to knock an incumbent Democratic judge off the ballot for not having the county chair’s signature, which she was not required to have. Yeah, wrap your head around that waste of court time and taxpayer money.

Because, You Know, He’s White
Texas congressfool Mike McCaul, best known for marrying the fabulously wealthy daughter of Clear Channel Communications owner, being very good looking, and dumb as bean dip, went on Fox News and said it.
Asked if the Austin bomber was a homegrown terrorist …
“I think it’s clear from the confession that it’s not terror-related, although it did terrorize the city of Austin for the last month,” he said. “I think it was a disturbed young man, a mentally ill-type person.”
You have to be brown to be a terrorist. I would think that if you terrorize a city, you’re a terrorist. But no, you’re a “mentally ill-type person.”
Yeah, it’s on tape.

No Shocker Here
I would like to announce that Junior Janochek, Jr., Attorney at Law, is looking for new clients but would never accept this case because he already has enough deadbeat clients who owe him money and won’t pay.
John Dowd has resigned from President Trump‘s legal team, The Hill has confirmed.
The New York Times first reported the development, citing two sources briefed on the matter who said that Dowd, who is Trump’s lead lawyer for special counsel Robert Mueller‘s investigation into Russian election interference, resigned Thursday.
It appears that Trump ain’t happy unless everyone is in a turmoil.
So There It Is
Remember the $215,000 that the North Carolina Republican Party gave to Cambridge Analytica?
Well, we think we figured out how they spent it. Beating Democratic Senator Kay Hagan.
Harnessing our unique data-rich voter file, we were able to accurately predict partisanship, turnout, issue importance and build psychographic profiles for all voters in North Carolina. We produced clusters of voters based on the modeled data to maximize campaign impact, which enabled the creation of tailored messages directed at those audiences.
Result
CA Political worked successfully with various organizations key to the success of Thom Tillis’ campaign. Thom Tillis won against Kay Hagan by two points, despite Nate Silver and the Washington Post predicting otherwise.
And then they strut about it. Like Trump, they have no shame.
